Clinical Observation On Therapeutic Effect Of Shengmai Yixin Decoction On Qi-Yin Deficiency Syndrome Of Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

Objective:To evaluate and explore the clinical efficacy of Shengmai Yixin decoction in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure((CHF))with deficiency of both qi and yin syndrome,in order to innovate the ideas of traditional Chinese medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of CHF and lay a foundation for the clinical promotion of this prescription.Methods:60 outpatients or inpatients with CHF(deficiency of both qi and yin syndrome)were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The two groups were treated with routine western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Shengmai Yixin decoction on the basis of standardized western medicine.After a course of 4 weeks,the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were evaluated,and the changes of TCM syndrome score,Lee’s heart failure score,cardiac function classification(NYHA grade),NT-proBNP,6-minute walking test distance(6MWT)and LVEF were observed and recorded before and after treatment.Result:1.After treatment,the TCM clinical syndrome score,Lee’s heart failure score,cardiac function classification(NYHA grade),6MWT,NT-proBNP,LVEF and other experimental indexes of the two groups were significantly improved as compared with those before treatment.2.Through the comparison between groups,it can be found that the treatment group has a better effect on TCM clinical syndrome score,cardiac function classification(NYHA grade),6MWT,NT-proBNP,LVEF and other indicators,with statistical significance.3.In the course of the experiment,there was no obvious adverse drug reaction in the two groups,and there was no significant change in the safety index.Conclusion:Shengmai Yixin decoction can significantly improve the efficacy indicators,combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of CHF(deficiency of both qi and yin syndrome)is effective and safe.Compared with the simple diagnosis and treatment of western medicine,the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine has more advantages in relieving clinical symptoms,improving the quality of life,relieving economic pressure,prevention and treatment,etc.,and the clinic is worthy of further promotion and research.
