The Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of The Decoction Of Xiezhuo Ningxin Tang To Treatment Young Adults White-collar Hypertension Of "Phlegm-damp Syndrome"

Objective: through randomized and controlled trials,observe clinical curative effect of the Decoction of Xiezhuo Ningxin Tang in the treatment of young adults hypertension clinical efficacy of the “ phlegm-damp syndrome”,explore the anti hypertensive mechanism of this method and provide an effective way for treatment of hypertension.Methods: Collected 75 patients who meet the requirements in Sichuan Province Chinese medicine hospital outpatient department of Cardiology from September 2016 to December 2018.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group was treated with conventional dose of Irbesartan,while the experimental group was added with the self-made decoction of the“Xiezhuo Ningxin Tang”,the course of treatment was 4 weeks.The changes of symptoms,signs,blood pressure,blood pressure,blood lipid,weight,body mass index and renin angiotensin were observed before and after treatment and make a statistical analysis.Results: Before treatment,the two groups of patients with gender,age distribution,body mass index,duration of disease and other general data analysis was not statistically significant,indicating that the two groups of patients were comparable.Data analysis after treatment suggested that the treatment group had no obvious adverse reactions and side effects in the antihypertensive effect,blood pressure,blood pressure rhythm,time 24 h symptom,serum lipid,weight,body mass index and Renin improved better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: the decoction of the“Xiezhuo Ningxin Tang”can effectively treat white-collar hypertension “ phlegm-damp syndrome ” and has a theoretical and practical basis.
