Clinical Study On Treatment Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis Syndrome Of Type H Hypertension By Huatan Zhuyu Tablets

Objective:By Huatan Zhuyu tablets of H-type hypertension of phlegm and blood stasis clinical treatment,observe the objective index and clinical symptoms and signs of conventional western medicine synergies,evaluate its effectiveness and safety,so as to provide theoretical basis for its clinical application.Methods:In this study,80 cases of type H hypertension of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,according to Hcy<25umol/l or Hcy?25umol/l were divided into two groups,each group of 40 people in the group,divided into experimental group and control group,were divided into experimental group(Hcy<25)and control group(Hcy<25)and test group(Hcy ? 25)and the control group(Hcy ? 25)in four groups,each group of 20 people.The test group received huatanmaitong + western medicine+folic acid and the control group were given western medicine + folic acid,respectively for each group of patients before and after treatment of Hcy,ABI,PWV,TG,TC,blood pressure,HDL,LDL,FPG,UA and TCM symptoms were analyzed.Results:1.Hcy<25umol/l,the test group and control group are statistically significant in the two groups Hcy,ABI(P<0.05);the difference was statistically significant in two groups 24hSBP,24hDBP,NightSBP,NightDBP(P<0.05);the difference was statistically significant in two groups TG,LDL,FPG,UA(P<0.05);there was statistical difference the difference of the two groups of TCM syndrome total curative effect(P<0.05),from the individual symptoms of TCM syndrome signs such as head wrap,chest stuffiness,nausea,anorexia,body weight drowsiness,statistically significant difference(P<0.05)deadlimb.2.Hcy is more than 25umol/l,the test group and control group are statistically significant in the two groups Hcy,ABI(P<0.05);the difference was statistically significant in two groups 24hSBP,24hDBP,NightSBP,NightDBP(P<0.05);the difference was statistically significant in two groups TG,LDL,FPG,UA difference(P<0.05);there was significant difference between the two groups of total curative effect of TCM syndrome(P<0.05),from the individual symptoms of TCM syndrome signs such as head wrap,anorexia and nausea,weight drowsiness,numbness was statistically significant differences(P<0.05).3 test group(Hey<25)and experimental group(Hcy ?25)compared to the two groups:there were statistically significant differences between ABI(P<0.05);there was statistical significance among the two groups 24hSBP,24hDBP,NightSBP,NightDBP(P<0.05);the difference was statistically significant in two groups LDL,the difference of UA(P<0.05);there was significant difference between the two groups of TCM syndrome total curative effect(P<0.05);from the individual symptoms of TCM syndrome signs numbness was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1 huatanmaitong can reduce hypertension in patients with type H blood homocysteine levels,and has control of blood pressure,anti atherosclerosis,lipid,glucose,uric acid lowering effect,especially for patients with Hcy<25umol/L better;huatanmaitong combined with western medicine in the treatment of H type high blood pressure of phlegm and blood stasis card than simply use western medicine curative effect was better,provide the optimization scheme for hypertension in western medicine in the treatment of H type.2.Huatan Mai Tong tablet can obviously improve the TCM Syndromes of H type hypertensive phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,and improve the quality of life of patients,and the dependence is better.
