Clinical Observation Of Xingnaojing Injection In The Treatment Of Headache After Cerebral Infarction

Objective:A randomized,controlled clinical study was conducted to observe the therapeutic effect and safety of Xingnaojing injection in the treatment of headache after cerebral infarction,so as to provide a safe and effective treatment method for patients with headache after cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 60 patients with headache after cerebral infarction were observed.The patients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).The treatment group was treated with western medicine basic therapy plus Xingnaojing injection,and the control group was treated with western medicine basic treatment plus nimodipine injection.The course of treatment in both groups was7 days to evaluate the remission of symptoms in the two groups.Before treatment,3days after treatment,1 week after treatment,2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,the visual analogue score of headache(VAS),integral of TCM syndrome,frequency of headache attack were recorded.The headache impact test-6(HIT-6)score was used to evaluate the efficacy of the two regimens,and the safety of the treatment regimen was evaluated by blood routine test,liver function and renal function test before and after treatment.The data were analyzed by SPSS 21.0statistical software,and the results were analyzed and discussed.Results:(1)Clinical efficacy analysis of VAS: compared with the control group,the cure rate and the total effective rate of the trial group was equal to that of the control group,but the recovery rate of the test group was better than that of the control group.(2)Clinical curative effect analysis of TCM syndrome integral: compared with the control group,the cure rate of the experimental group was equal to that of the control group,but the recovery rate and the total effective rate of the experimentalgroup was better than that of the control group.(3)VAS score: both groups of treatments improved the pain level of headache.The effect of improvement was similar in the two groups after 3 days of treatment and1 week after treatment;however,during the follow-up period(2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment),the test group improved better than the control group.(4)TCM syndrome points: both groups of treatments had improved TCM syndrome scores.Test group improvement process degree was better than the control group.(5)Headache scores: both groups of treatments improved the score of headache,3 days after treatment,1 after treatment week,the improvement effect of the two groups was equivalent;however,during the follow-up period(2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment),the improvement of the test group was better than that of the control group.(6)Frequency of headache attacks: in the two groups,the frequency of headache attacks was reduced.In the 1 week after treatment,the test group was equivalent to the control group in reducing the frequency of headache attacks;however,during the follow-up period(2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment),the experimental group was superior to the control group in reducing the frequency of headache attacks.(7)HIT-6 score: the test group was superior to the control group in improving the HIT-6 score.(8)Safety observation: the treatment regimen of the treatment group and the control group had no significant effect on the blood routine,liver function and renal function of the patient.In terms of the incidence of adverse reactions,the two groups were not statistically significant,indicating that the two treatment options were safe.Conclusion:(1)Both groups of treatments have a therapeutic effect on headache after cerebral infarction,but on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,the treatment of Xingnaojing injection is superior to the western medicine treatment plan.(2)Compared with the western medicine treatment group,the treatment group of Xingnaojing injection has the same effect in improving the pain degree during the treatment period,but the improvement of pain in the Xingnaojing injection group has advantages during the follow-up period.(3)Compared with the western medicine treatment group,the Xingnaojing injection group has advantages in improving the TCM syndrome scores.(4)Compared with the western medicine treatment group,Xingnaojing injection group has the same effect in improving headache score,but the pain improvement in Xingnaojing injection group is superior to that in western medicine group during the follow-up period.(5)Compared with the western medicine treatment group,Xingnaojing injection group has the same curative effect in reducing the frequency of headache attack,but during the follow-up period,the Xingnaojing injection group has the advantage over the western medicine treatment group.(6)Compared with the western medicine treatment group,the Xingnaojing injection group has the advantage over the western medicine treatment group in reducing the influence of headache on the life of the patients.(7)There is no difference between the two treatment options in terms of safety indicators and adverse reactions.
