| Objective: to observe the hemodynamics and quality of life of xingnaojing injection in patients with acute stage of anterior circulation cerebral infarction,and to provide reliable clinical basis for the treatment of acute stage of cerebral infarction with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: 60 inpatients from the department of neurology of ruikang hospital affiliated to guangxi university of traditional Chinese medicine were selected.All the patients were collected from January 2019 to January 2020 and confirmed to be patients with acute stage of anterior circulation cerebral infarction by cranial MRI or CT examination.The patients were divided into control group and treatment group with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment of stroke on the day of admission,aspirin enteric-coated tablets 150 mg qd(manufacturer: Bayer Vital Gmb H;Approval no: H20130340),antiplatelet aggregation therapy,atorvastatin calcium 20 mg qn(manufacturer: Pfizer;Approvalno: national drug approval no:H200514408)stable plaque treatment,edaravone injection30 g qd(manufacturer: jilin boda pharmaceutical co,LTD;Approval no:national drug approval no: H20051992)add 0.9% sodium chloride injection into 100 ml.125ml of 20% mannitol injection for patients with brain edema(manufacturer: Sichuan Kelun Pharmaceutical Co,Ltd;Approval document no: national drug approval H20043784)dehydration treatment for 5-7 days.In the treatment group,10 ml X 2xingnaojinginjection(manufacturer: Dali pharmaceutical co,LTD;Approval no: national drug approval no: Z53021639),250 ml 5% glucose injection or 250 ml 9% sodium chloride injection,1 qd,14 days).After treatment to observe the clinical curative effect of two groups,including before and after treatment of nerve function defect score(NIHSS)scores,(BI)rating scale score and TCM syndrome score and the changes of cerebrovascular transcranial doppler(TCD)in the brain before,during artery pulsation index(PI),resistance index(RI),breathless index(BHI)and mean blood flow velocity(Vm).Results:(1)neurological defect score: after 2 weeks of treatment,neurological defect score in both groups was lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05)between the treatment group and the control group,suggesting that xingnaojing injection could improve neurological defect.(2)BI score: after 2 weeks of treatment,the daily living ability of the two groups was improved compared with that before treatment,among which,the difference was statistically significant in the > control group after treatment(P < 0.05).(3)TCM syndrome score: after 2 weeks of treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups was lower than that before,among which the treatment group < the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),suggesting that xingnaojing has a significant effect on the improvement of TCM syndrome.(4)hemodynamic indexes: Hemodynamic indexes: after treatment,the PI and RI indexes of ACA and MCA in the two groups were significantlyreduced compared with those before treatment in the same group,while Vs and Vm were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).(5)Clinical efficacy: in the treatment group,there were 27 effective patients and 3 ineffective patients,with a total effective rate of 90.00%;in the control group,there were 20 effective patients and 10 ineffective patients,with a total effective rate of 66.67%;in the treatment group,there was a statistically significant difference in the > control group(P <0.05).Conclusion: xingnaojing injection can accelerate the blood flow velocity of ACA and ACM,improve the cerebral blood circulation,improve the clinical cure rate of patients,and improve their quality of life. |
