Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Helicobacter Pylori Infection (spleen-stomach Damp-heat Syndrome) With Simu Pill Combined With Quadruple Therapy

Background of researchHelicobacter pylori(Hp)has become a common disease in the gastroenterology clinic,a large number of studies show that Hp is closely linked with a variety of upper gastrointestinal diseases.WHO has listed as a class of pathogenic,Hp is the most widely spread baeteria,in 2014,Kyoto consensus shows that Hp gastritis is an infectious disease,as a kind of infectious disease,strong infectivity,Hp infection is a global distribution disease.Epidemiological studies show that Hp infects half of the world’ population,the incidence is different in each country,the infection rate in developing countries is over 70%,developed country’s infection rate is about20%-50%,domestic infection rate is about40%-90%,average59%."Management of Hp infection-the Masstricht V Consensus Conference"held in Florence,Italy,October8 9th,2015 was convened for developing a new consensus on the management of Hp infection in following aspect,the biggest challenge in the treatment of Hp infection is the increased resistance rate.Hp eradication rate is decreased year by year.Purpose of researchThe advantage of traditional Chinese medicine in treating Hp associated gastric disease lies in the overall regulation of TCM,achieve the balance of yin and yang,some traditional Chinese medicine has direct inhibition effcct on Hp,under the guidance of syndrome differentiation and treatment,breakthrough in the"diagnosis and treatment of bacteria",and further highlight the advantages of TCM,elimination of Hp and improvement of quality of life in patients with reasonable compatibility.The purpose of this study is to explore the simiao pill combined with quadruple therapy for Hp infection(spleen stomach damp heat syndrome)the eradication rate and TCM syndrome curative effect,evaluate its safety;to provide new ideas for the treatment of Hp infection with TCM.Research of methodThis study was based on the clinical data of patients with Hp infection from January20,2016 to December 31,2016 in Dongzhimen Hospital of First Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.243 patients were collected to explore the distribution of TCM syndromes,73 cases of patients with Hp infection(spleen stomach damp heat syndrome)were randomly divided into experimental group 38 cases,3 5 cases in the control group,respectively given simiao pill combined with quadruple therapy and quadruple therapy,2 weeks of medication,drug withdrawal for 4 weeks,to observe the traditional Chinese and western the medical effect of the two groups of patients.Result of researchCompared with the control group,the experimental group was significantly improved in the eradication rate of Hp and the efficacy of TCM syndrome.The two groups after the treatment,the experimental group of Hp eradication rate was 81.82%,the control group of Hp eradication rate was 54.84%,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,compared with control group,simiao pill combined with quadruple therapy can improve the eradication rate of Hp;the test group and the control group in TCM syndrome the effect,by CMH-x 2 test,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating the experimental group can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,the symptom analysis,main symptoms of’gastrectasia"and;"bad breath","thirst without desire to drink","limb heaviness",secondary symptoms of "belching" and"anorexia"、"bad defecation"in the two groups,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The main symptoms of "stomachache",secondary disease"Tunsuan"、"stomach-noisy"and "constipation"in two groups,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.2 adverse events occurred in this experiment,1 case in experimental group,accounting for 2.63%,1 case in the control group,accounting for 2.86%,two groups by Fisher exact test,P>0.05,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of adverse events showed no significant difference.In summary,simiao pill combined with quadruple therapy for Hp infection(spleen stomach damp heat syndrome)effect is exact,safe,worthy of clinical application and promotion.Conclusion①Compared with single quadruple therapy,simiao pill combined with quadruple therapy can improve the Hp infection(spleen stomach damp heat syndrome)eradication rate.②The simiao pill combined with quadruple therapy can significantly improve the Hp infection(spleen stomach damp heat syndrome)of TCM syndrome curative effect,especially in the gastrectasia and bad breath、thirst without desire to drink、limb heaviness、belching and anorexia bad defecation,the TCM syndrome curative effect is significantly.③The simiao pill has certain curative effect in the infection of Hp(spleen stomach damp heat syndrome),and it is worthy to further research and clinical applications as discretion.
