Study On The Synergistic Effect Of Electroacupuncture Yixian Acupoints In The Acupuncture Treatment Of Non-severe Acute Pancreatitis

Objective:To observe the synergistic effect of electroacupuncture Yixian acupoint in the acupuncture treatment of non-severe acute pancreatitis.To provide the basis for the study on specific acupoints of non-severe acute pancreatitis.Methods:The patients who were involved in this trial were divided into 2 groups in random and received basic treatment.Both groups received electroacupuncture treatment.Using dilatational wave,4Hz/20 Hz,continuous stimulation for 30 minutes.In the experimental group,Yixian acupoint was added on the basis of acupuncture prescription in the control group.The changes of abdominal pain,abdominal distension,inflammatory factors WBC,CRP,PCT and IL-6 before and after treatment and the recovery of eating were recorded in the two groups.SPSS20.0 was used for statistical analysis.Result:1.A total of 70 cases were included in the study.There were 4 cases of abscission in the experimental group and 6 cases in the control group.A total of 60 cases were included in the result analysis.2.Therapeutic outcome:(1)key indicators:VAS score for abdominal pain: There was no significant difference in the scores of patients in the control group before and after 5-day treatment(P>0.05).The scores of patients in the experimental group decreased significantly after treatment on day3 and day 4 compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in scores between the two groups before and after 5-day treatment(P>0.05).VAS score of abdominal distension: The score of the control group decreased significantly after treatment from day 1 to day 4(P<0.05).Scores of patients in the experimental group after treatment on day 1 and day 2 decreased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of patients in the experimental group before and after treatment on day 3,day 4 and day 5 were lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Secondary indicators:Laboratory indexes: After 5 days of treatment,WBC,CRP,PCT and IL-6 levels of patients in the experimental group and the control group all decreased significantly compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).After 5 days of treatment,WBC,CRP,PCT,IL-6 level,proportion of patients restored to normal,and proportion of AMS restored to normal showed no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Recovery of food intake: After 5-day treatment,there was no significant difference in the proportion of patients in the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.When the degree of abdominal pain in patients with non-severe acute pancreatitis is higher,electroacupuncture Yixian acupoint can produce an immediate effect,which can alleviate the abdominal pain in patients in a short time.2.When the degree of abdominal distension is higher in patients with non-severe acute pancreatitis,both conventional electroacupuncture and electroacupuncture Yixian acupoint can produce an immediate effect.Electroacupuncture Yixian acupoint can alleviate the abdominal distension symptoms of patients better.
