Doctor-patient relationship is an important part of social relations.As a kind of interpersonal relationship existing in medical practice,harmonious coexistence between doctors and patients is the foundation of good doctor-patient relationship and the cornerstone of social harmonious development.However,in the current medical environment,most of the doctor-patient relationship in China is still in a tense state.Threats,abuses,beatings and killings of medical personnel by patients and their families occur from time to time,and the relationship between doctors and patients is tense.Based on the current complex and sensitive contradiction between doctors and patients,this paper uses interviews and participatory observation to investigate medical workers,patients and their families.Combining with relevant research at home and abroad,this paper describes the current situation of doctor-patient contradiction in Quanzhou public hospitals,which is mainly reflected in the increase in the number of doctor-patient contradictions and the large difference in the amount of compensation,the lack of mutual trust between doctors and patients,and the asymmetry of medical information knowledge between doctors and patients and their families.The current situation of its governance focuses on the improvement of medical technology,but neglects the construction of management,improves the medication system,but lags behind the medical humanistic care service,sets up a police office to help maintain hospital security,but the lack of channels for patients to safeguard their rights and reasonable disclosure of medical expenses,but insufficient interpretation of medical information services for patients.In the process of dealing with the contradiction between doctors and patients in Quanzhou public hospitals,there are some problems,such as backward hospital management mode and inadequate allocation of professional managers,inadequate management of doctor-patient contradiction caused by traditional single governing body,neglecting the marketization of public welfare hospitals,and lack of communication and understanding between doctors and patients.The corresponding reasons are imperfect public hospital management system and related laws and regulations,imperfect hospital supervision departments and social third-party institutions,lack of medical ethics of medical workers and uneven distribution of medical and health resources.Drawing on the successful experiences at home and abroad,such as the practices of Xiangfan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Canada,Germany,the United States and Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University,this paper explores the countermeasures and suggestions to actively improve the doctor-patient contradiction in Quanzhou public hospitals from the perspectives of government,hospital,society and both doctors and patients.The government should speed up the establishment and improvement of relevant laws and regulations on doctor-patient contradiction and increase finance.We should invest in restoring the public welfare of hospitals,reforming the medical insurance system,enriching commercial medical insurance and realizing the balanced distribution of medical resources.Hospital governance should improve hospital management and strengthen the construction of hospital informatization,establish crisis prevention mechanism and medical risk sharing mechanism,standardize the compensation and supervision mechanism of medical disputes,and improve medical ethics and medical skills of medical workers.Third-party mediation agencies should be encouraged to participate in mediation of medical disputes,guide the Internet and media public opinion guidance;doctor-patient governance can enable doctors to revisit the sense of medical mission and patients to legitimately safeguard their rights and interests. |
