Research On The Evaluation Of Public Hospitals Doctor-patient Relationship

Because of the particularity of the medical service,the measurement of the doctor-patient relationship also has some special characteristics.On the one hand,in the medical service,different patients often have different specific needs,even the same patients in different state of mind,in different period or under different environmental conditions,the specific needs will be changed.Therefore,the objective and effective evaluation of the doctor-patient relationship has become an importantissue to judge the doctor-patient contradiction.This paper take the evaluation of the relationship between doctors and patients in NK District public hospital in Tianjin city as the research object,which mainly divided into five aspects:first,elaborate the research background and purpose and significance of the thesis,which from two aspects of theory and practice,analyzes the importance of doctor-patient relationship in the evaluation of the necessity of public hospital.Second,a comprehensive exposition of the concept and theory of the doctor-patient relationship.This paper proposed from three aspects of patient satisfaction,satisfaction of medical staff,hospital management personnel satisfaction to evaluate the doctor-patient relationship.Third,to establish the evaluation model of the doctor-patient relationship,to refine the evaluation indicators of patients,medical staff,hospital management personnel,and the use of AHP to determine the relevant weight.Fourth,survey analysis by the evaluation of doctor-patient relationship model of thecenter of the obstetrics and gynecology hospital in NK District,TJ hospital,hospital etc..Fifth,in the process of evaluation of a number of low points,from the government,patients,health care workers,hospital management personnel and other aspects of the improvement measures to deal with.Sixth,conclusion and prospect.The conclusion of this paper to the analysis and evaluation of the public hospital,the doctor-patient relationship,to develop targeted measures has strong practical significance,but also has certain reference significance for other types of hospital evaluation of doctor-patient relationship.
