Objective:To detect the serum levels of vitamin D,Il-33 and sST2 in patients with allergic rhinitis and healthy controls,and to analyze the correlation between serum levels of vitamin D,Il-33 and sST2 in patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods:27 patients were selected from the outpatient department of otolaryngology head and neck surgery of the first hospital of Shanxi medical university from March to November,2017.All patients with allergic rhinitis adopt the method of European imprinting for serological sIgE detection of dust mite positive,and point prick(Zhejiang Wolwo bio-pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.)positive.At the same time,27 healthy volunteers with matching age and sex were selected as the control group.Serum levels of vitamin D,IL-33 and sST2 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(Elisa),Western-Blot analysis of serum allergen sIgE in AR patients.SPSS20.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results:1.There was no significant difference in age and gender distribution between the allergic rhinitis patients group and the control group(P>0.05);2.There were statistically significant differences in serum vitamin D,IL-33 and sST2 between the allergic rhinitis group and the control group(P<0.01).3.The serum vitamin D level in the allergic rhinitis group was negatively correlated with IL-33 and positively correlated with sST2(P<0.05);IL-33 was negatively correlated with sST2 in allergic rhinitis group(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant.4.There was no clear linear relationship between specific IgE of dust mite and serum vitamin D,IL-33 and sST2 levels(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The serum levels of vitamin D and sST2 in patients with allergic rhinitis were lower on average,and IL-33 was higher than that in the normal control group.2.There was no clear linear relationship between specific IgE of dust mite and serum levels of vitamin D,IL-33 and sST2.3.In patients with allergic rhinitis,vitamin D level is negatively correlated with IL-33 level and positively correlated with sST2 level.
