Objective Through the investigation of patients with allergic rhinitis in Qinghai region,We can make clear the distribution characteristics of allergens by conducting of allergen detection,and provide the corresponding clinical guidelines for allergic rhinitis patients.Methods Through serum sIgE detection,326 patients who is diagnosed with allergic rhinitis in Qinghai provincial People,s hospital outpatient and inpatient department from November 2015 to January 2017 are tested.According to gender,age,ethnic and regional grouping,by respectively comparing inhalant and food allergens which are the top six according to the positive rate sequence,we can clear whether there are differences in the distribution.Thus,we can clear the distribution characteristics of AR related to allergens in Qinghai region.Results In probable allergic rhinitis parents,the number of positive is 274,the positive rate was 84.05%,the positive rate of high inhalant before six : mugwort(71.78%),poplar/willow/elm(30.29%),humulus(19.50%),ragweed(14.94%),dust mite/house dust mites(13.28%),house dust(11.62%),food allergens before six : Cod/lobster/scallops(56.98%),crab(27.91%),salmon/sea bass/carp(16.28%),soybean(18.60%),peanuts(15.12%),shrimp(8.14%).The positive rate of poplar/willow/elm has have the statistical significance between different gender(P<0.05).The positive rate of mugwort has have the statistical significance between different age(P<0.05).The positive rate of mugwort(P<0.05)and ragweed(P<0.05)has have the statistical significance between different nationalities.The positive rate of ragweed(P<0.05)has the statistical significance between different region.The positive rate of mugwort(P<0.05)and poplar,willow,elm(P<0.05)has have the statistical significance between different seasons.Conclusions 1.Inhalant allergens becomes principal allergic causing of AR in Qinghai region,mugwort is the most common allergens,and mugwort is the major allergen in summer and autumn,the han nationality and juveniles.2.The positive rate of poplar/willow/elm pollen for women AR parents is more than men,and it is common in the spring.3.The ragweed have higher positive rate in Qaidam Basin than other regions,and it has more positive rate in tu nationality and the Mongolian than other nations.
