Objective:To study the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with the method of balanced Chiropractic and lumbar traction. To compare the curative effect of two methods in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, and to sum up the clinical curative effect of the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with the balanced whole ridge method,Provide a safe, reasonable and effective method for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods: 104 cases who diagnosed of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy,in the outpatient department of orthopedics of Shaanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital, grouped according to the central randomized method to The experimental group and control grpup,The experimental group received Balance Chiropractic therapy,The control group received traction therapy.10 days was a course of treatment, and both groups were treated for 2 courses. The VAS scores of pain were evaluated before and after treatment,1 month and 3 months after treatment.JOA score of lumbar spine;SF-36 quality of life score;CT measurement of lumbar disc herniation were recorded.Using IBM SPSS Statistics 21 software statistical analysis. To evaluate the effectiveness of the two groups after treatment.Results:1.Before treatment, the two groups of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy patients have no significant difference(P > 0.05)in the general situation,VAS score,JOA score,SF-36 score,Borden value and other aspects. There have comparability. The VAS score was comparable between the two groups before and after treatment, and after treatment between the two groups, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).The results of follow-up and comparison showed that there was statistical significance(P < 0.05),indicating that both treatment methods could reduce the VAS score and balance the spine correction method had more advantages.3.JOA score: the JOA score before and after treatment in the two groups was compared with that before and after treatment, and there was no significant difference between the two groups.P < 0.05;After treatment, the two groups were compared with each other P <0.05,indicating that both treatment methods can change the JOA score, balance the spinal correction method has better effect.4.There were significant differences in physiological function score, physical pain, health status, energy, mental health status, physiological function, social function and emotional function between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05).There were significant differences in physiological function, general health status, energy and mental health status between the two groups(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in physiological function and emotional function between the two groups(P > 0.05).During follow-up,there was no significant difference in physiological function, social function and emotional function between the two groups.5.Lumbar CT measurement: before treatment in both groups There was no significant difference between SI(sagittal diameter index)and STI(transverse diameter index).According to Hu Yougu division, the protrusions were mainly distributed in 1 layer,10 cases involving two levels and 4 cases involving three levels, sagittal plane was mainly concentrated in area 1 and 2,and coronal position was mainly concentrated in domain A.6.The effective rates of the experimental group and the control group were 92.3% and 75%,respectively.by chi-square test, there was significant difference between the two groups.7.In the course of observation, the following indexes were measured before and after treatment in both groups: heart rate, respiration and blood pressure. The results showed that the method was safe and no adverse events occurred during the treatment.
