Exercise Intervention In Type 2 Diabetic Patients Based On Sports Bracelet

Objective:To explore the effect of sports bracelet on exercise intervention in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:90 cases of type 2 diabetes who were initially diagnosed were selected from the First People's Hospital of Changshu Affiliated to Soochow University from August 2017 to December 2017,of which 45 cases were male,45 women,40?65(53.6+10.9)years old,and were randomly divided into the experimental group 1,the experimental group 2 and the control group,each group 30 cases.The control group wore sports bracelets,hides the bracelet screen and carried out moderate intensity exercise.The experimental group 1 wore sports bracelets and carried out moderate intensity exercise.The experimental group 2 wore sports bracelets and exercised low intensity exercise.The three groups were matched for age,fasting blood glucose(FBG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c).The three groups were all received routine diabetes health education and diet and exercise guidance,given to the Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets 0.5 TID,and carried out a 12 weeks exercise intervention.The control group issued the exercise record book and instructed patients how to record daily exercise volume and exercise time.In the experimental group 1 and the experimental group 2,the daily amount of exercise and exercise time were recorded with the sports bracelet.The quality of life scores of the three groups before and after intervention were recorded,and FBG and HbA1c were measured.The body mass index(BMI)was calculated and compared between groups before and after intervention.Results:after 12 weeks of intervention,the daily average movement step(11397±315)step of the experimental group 1 was significantly higher than that of the control group(5695±263)step and the experimental group 2(6139±287)step,and the total movement time(51.3±3.5)hour was significantly longer than that of the control group(39.9±3.1)hour and the experimental group 2(36.3±2.9)hour,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of intervention,the scores of quality of life in the three groups were significantly improved compared with those before intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of intervention,the scores of the experimental group 1(social relationship 16.15±3.91,physiological field 17.76±4.25,psychological field 16.13±0.51,independence 17.61±4.73,environment 15.36±4.66)were significantly higher than those in the control group(social relationship 10.14±2.80,physiological field11.89±3.36,psychological field 12.22±3.16,independence12.67±3.19,environment 10.56±3.11)and the experimental group 2(social relationship 11.03±2.71,physiological field10.76±3.11,psychological field11.38±3.04,independence 12.09±2.91,environment 9.77±2.85),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of intervention,the FBG and HbA1c of the three groups were significantly improved compared with those before intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The FBG and HbAlc of the experimental group 1 were lower than those of the control group and the experimental group 2,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of intervention,the BMI of the three groups decreased compared with that before intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the BMI(22.37±1.21)kg/m2 of the experimental group 1 was significantly lower than that of the control group(24.81 ± 1.37)kg/m2 and the experimental group 2(24.09±1.25)kg/m2,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.exercise sports bracelet can effectively monitor the exercise and exercise time of type 2 diabetic patients,improve the compliance of the patients.2.moderate intensity exercise intervention through sports bracelet can improve the quality of life of patients with type 2 diabetes,and the effect of late rehabilitation is obvious.3.moderate intensity exercise intervention through sports bracelet can help improve blood sugar,HbA1c and other related indicators in type 2 diabetic patients,which can delay the occurrence of complications.4.moderate intensity exercise intervention through sports bracelet can promote energy consumption in type 2 diabetic patients,help the patients to control weight,and significantly improve the condition.
