To observe the changes of 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure indexs before and after treatment of patients with Ganyang Shangkang type and non-dipper hypertension,and investigate the effects of Tiaodu Xifeng acupuncture on 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure with GanYang Shangkang type and non-dipper hypertension.A total of 69 patients who met the admission criteria of the Shijiazhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2017 to October 2018.The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group was treated with Levamlodipine maleate tablets,the treatment group was treated with Tiaodu Xifeng acupuncture on the basis of this treatment.The two grops were treated for 4 weeks(2 weeks is a course of treatment,all the patients were treated for 2 course).And wearing the 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure meter before and after treatment,recording the relevant datas.Statistical methods were used to analyze the recorded datas.To observe the effects of Tiaodu Xifeng acupuncture on the 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure and blood pressure level,blood pressure circadian rhythm,blood pressure variability,blood pressure load and morning blood pressure surge in patients with GanYang Shangkang type and non-dipper hypertension.A total of 60 patients were enrolled,30 in the control group,and30 in the treatment group.1.The indicators before the treatment between the two groups were comparable.24-hour mean systolic blood pressure(24hMSBP),24-hour mean diastolic blood pressure(24hMDBP),daytime mean systolic blood pressure(dMSBP),daytime mean diastolic blood pressure(dMDBP),nighttime mean systolic blood pressure(nMSBP),nighttime mean diastolic blood pressure(nMDBP),blood pressure standard deviation(BP-SD),blood pressure load(BPL),pulse pressure(PP),and morning blood pressure surge(MBPS)decreased compared with those before treatment,and the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood pressure circadian rhyt-hm and smoothness index(SI)of the two groups after treatment were increased compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Nighttime mean systolic blood pressure(nMSBP),nighttime mean diastolic blood pressure(nMDBP),nighttime systolic blood pressure standard deviation(nSBP-SD),nighttime diastolic blood pressure standard deviation(nDBP-SD),nighttime systolic blood pressure load(nSBPL),nighttime diastolic blood pressure lood(nDBPL)and morning blood pressure surge(MBPS)of the treatement group after treatment were lower than the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood pressure circadian rhythm,nighttime systolic blood pressure smoothness index(nSBP-SI),nighttime diastolic blood pressure smoothness index(nDBP-SI)of the treatement group after treatment were higher than the control group after treatment,the difference was significantly significant(P<0.05).The number of transformed dipper hypertension in the treatment group after treatment was higher than that in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the pulse pressure(PP)between the trea tment group after treatment and the control group after treatment(P>0.05).Tiaodu Xifeng acupuncture can reduce blood pressure level,controle morning blood pressure surge,reduce blood pressure load,reduce blood pressure fluctuation,especially in nighttime blood pressure;Tiao du Xifeng acupuncture can improve non-dipper blood pressure circadian rhythm,adjust blood pressure structure,reversing non-dipper blood pressure,and achieve the purpose of reducing the damage of target organs.
