Investigation On Urology Of County Hospital Based On "internet + Medical" Platform

This study aims to investigate the current status of urology development in county hospitals.It aims to provide data support and reference for the implementation of the county hospital special ability promotion and promotion project by the National Health and Health Commission Capacity Building and Continuing Education Center.It is the urology of county hospitals in China.The long-term development provides the direction of reform.Firstly,through the systematic study of the departmental hospital urology in the department configuration,outpatient volume,surgery volume,staffing,surgical equipment,personnel training,development issues,etc.,a county consisting of 22 indicators was initially constructed.The research on the development of urology and the existing problems in the hospitals of the hospitals can measure the urology service capacity of county-level general hospitals.Secondly,this study from the overall development level of urology in county hospitals(specifically including the level of urological independence of county hospitals and the overall service capacity of county hospital urology),the professional capacity of county hospital urology(including the department equipment Analysis of the situation and analysis of the completion of departmental surgery)The development of urology in county hospitals in China was analyzed.Thirdly,based on the investigation of the current development status,this study concludes that the development of urology in county-level hospitals in China mainly has the following problems: the overall development level of urology in county-level hospitals is low(including the low level of urology independence and county-level hospitals in county-level hospitals).The overall service level of urology is low),the lack of professional ability of urology in county hospitals and the lack of academic ability of urology in county hospitals.Finally,based on the results of empirical research,this study proposes to improve the overall development level of county-level hospitals as the ultimate goal,strengthen the urology in the county-level hospitals,and increase the investment in the construction of urology departments in county-level hospitals to enhance The business ability of medical staff is the core task,and the promotion of academic development ability is an important strategy to steadily promote the long-term development of urology in county-level hospitals in China.
