ObjectiveUltrasound observation of needle-knife combined with functional exercise to treat soft tissue changes around the knee before and after therapy of knee osteoarthritis,and to explore the mechanism and clinical efficacy of needle-knife combined with functional exercise in the therapy of knee osteoarthritis.It provides a certain imaging basis for the therapy of knee osteoarthritis.MethodsSixty-two patients who were admitted to the Orthopaedics Clinic of the Second Hospital of Guangdong Province were selected.From December 2017 to December 2018,62 patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group by simple randomization.The same medication is used as the basic therapy.The experimental group was treated with needle-knife combined with function exercise,and the control group was treated with function exercise.The functional exercise requires daily last for three months.The VAS scores before and after therapy,WOMAC scores,soft tissue changes under musculoskeletal ultrasound were compared for statistical analysis.Resu!tsCompared with the clinical efficacy,the overall efficiency of the experimental group was 89.70%,and the overall efficiency of the control group was 69.00%.The comparison between the two groups was significant(1:<0.05),and the clinical treatment effect of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.Compared with the curative effect of knee joint effusion,21 cases were cured in the experimental group,7 cases were improved,and 1 case was ineffective.The control group was cured in 12 cases,improved in 14 cases,and ineffective in 3 cases.There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group.(P>0.05).Ultrasound observation of the thickness of the rectus femoris was compared with that before treatment.There was a significant difference in muscle thickness between the control group and the experimental group(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in muscle thickness before treatment(P>0.05),there was a significant difference in muscle thickness after treatment(P<0.05),suggesting that the muscle recovery in the test group was better.Compared with the control group,the WOMAC scores were significantly different from those137 in the control group(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference before treatment(P>0.05),and there was a significant difference after treatment(P<0.01),suggesting that the test group is more effective in functional recovery.Compared with the control group,the visual analog scale(VAS)was significantly different after treatment(P<0.01).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Sexuality;there was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),suggesting that the trial group was better than the control group in relieving pain.The correlation coefficient between the thickness of the rectus femoris and the VAS score after needle-knife combined with functional exercise was-0.583,P<0.01.The difference was statistically significant,and there was significant correlation and negative correlation.The correlation coefficient between the thickness of the rectus femoris and the WOMAC score was-0.421,P<0.05.The difference was statistically significant,and there was significant correlation and negative correlation.Conclusion1.The needle-knife combined with functional exercise can significantly reduce the pain of knee osteoarthritis patients and improve knee function,and the effect is better than the simple functional exercise,and there is synergistic therapy between the two.2.Musculoskeletal ultrasound can be used to observe the soft tissue changes before and after therapy of knee arthritis,corresponding to the symptoms and signs of patients,the response is highly reliable.
