Objective1. The clinical effect of ultrasound guided, confirmed the acupotomy therapy on KOA.2. To explore the ultrasound guided needle knife therapy and traditional acupuncture therapy, curative effect of intra-articular sodium hyaluronate on the difference of KOA.3. Observe the different treatment of KOA pain score (VAS), patients with knee activity, knee function assessment (WOMAC index) of the difference.4. Observe the adverse reaction of ultrasonic acupuncture therapy and traditional acupuncture therapy for KOA difference.MethodsStrictly according to the diagnostic criteria of KOA in this experiment, the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,90 cases of qualified KOA in our hospital were selected.90 patients were randomly divided into 3 groups, each group of 30 cases, all the test subjects for routine education, explanation and basic factors control. Set A group:ultrasound guided needle knife group, group B:traditional Acuknife group, group C:sodium hyaluronate injection in the control group.Through the comparative study to observe the three therapy for koa clinical treatment effect; by a group and B group, to explore ultrasound guided Acupotomology visualization therapy compared to traditional acupuncture therapy in the treatment of KOA advantage lies. Results1. From the VAS score before and after treatment level for each ease knee pain, all groups after the treatment of knee pain symptoms were relieved, a, B between the two groups before treatment, the VAS score difference, C group before treatment, after VAS score difference respectively with the A, B group differences with significantly.2. With knee flexion degree to see groups of knee joint activity degree of recovery, compared to before the treatment, after that group therapy to improve activity has good curative effect, by comparing the mobility difference, a, B two groups of improving activity effect no difference, and group C but with a and B groups exist bigger difference.3. WOMAC index is a recognized index of knee joint assessment function, through the WOMAC index comparison, after the treatment of knee joint function were improved, and the two two of each group were compared, there were significant differences between each other.4. A group has an efficiency of 93.33%, are better than 90%of B group and C group, the efficacy of detection, A, B two groups were statistically significant with the C group, but there was no difference between A, B two therapy.5. And adverse reaction were compared between the two groups (group A and group B, differences between the objective difference of acupotomy traditional and visualization operations, through the experimental statistics, group A and group B with mild discomfort were 1 cases,3 cases, the incidence of 3.34%, 10.00%respectively, and there were no serious adverse reactions, but compared with the traditional meter in learning there is no difference.ConclusionUltrasound guided needle knife therapy in the treatment of KOA has obvious advantages, compared with traditional acupuncture with intraarticular injection of glass acid sodium therapy, both in improving knee range of motion and ease koa pain were better than the other two groups and the needle knife therapy is safe and reliable, with mild adverse reactions, is superior to the traditional acupuncture therapy.
