A Theoretical And Clinical Study Of Professor Li Weixian's Academic Thoughts On The Treatment Of Adenomyosis By Regulating Qijing

ObjectiveTo probe into the theoretical origin of Professor Li Weixian's academic thoughts on treating adenomyosis by regulating Qijing,and at the same time to observe the clinical effect of the comprehensive scheme of regulating Qi jing in the treatment of adenomyosis.Thus increasing the treatment of adenomyosis.So as to improve the clinical efficacy of adenomyosis.MethodTheoretical research mainly through consulting literature,summed up the ancient physicians' understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of mass disease,sumned up the academic thought of differentiating the pathogenesis of the disease from the angle of deficiency of Qi jing.To explore the theoretical origin of Professor Li Weixian,5 academic thoughts on treating adenomyosis.In the clinical study,On the basis of Professor Li Weixian's academic thought and clinical experience,a comprehensive plan for the treatment of adenomyosis by regulating Qijing was established..34 patients with adenomyosis were enrolled,starting from the angle of regulating Qi jing,after and before menstruation,acupoint catgut embedding and oral Chinese medicine are started in accordance with the treatment scheme.Among them,the acupoint embedding line selects the acupoints which have beneficial effect on female physiological function in the four veins of Chong Ren Du Dai:Dahe(bilateral),Qihai,Guanyuan,Mingmen and Daimai(bilateral)as the primary acupoints.Traditional Chinese medicine decoction:On the basis of Shengdai soup in the later period of menstruation,In the premenstrual period,the prescription was based on the Lujiaoshuang Guizhi soup,according to the different symptoms,to add or subtract the auxiliary points and traditional Chinese medicine flavor.Treatment 3 menstrual cycles as a course of treatment,continuous treatment of a course of treatment,observation The adverse reactions during treatment finally,the overall curative effect was observed,and the scores of dysmenorrhea,menstrual period,menstrual volume and quality of life were compared before and after treatment.The data were statistically analyzed by SPSS22.0 software.Results1.Qijing is closely related to female physiology and pathology,female mass disease can be caused by deficiency of Qijing,no increase of qi and unsmooth blood,blockage of collaterals by blood stasis.It can be traced back to the((Nei jing)and to the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China,Ye Tianshi,Fu Qingzhu,Zhang Xichun and other doctors who have developed this academic thought and applied it in clinical practice from the point of view of the deficiency of the Qi Jing and the deficiency of the female syndrome.It can be seen that Li Weixian has sufficient theoretical basis for treating adenomyosis by regulating Qijing.2.34 cases of adenomyosis were included,for personal reasons,4 cases were discontinued and dropped off.30 cases of final course of treatment were followed up after three menstrual cycles:5 cases were cured,12 cases were markedly effective,11 cases were improved,2 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 93.33%.The results showed that the comprehensive treatment scheme based on regulating Qijing was effective in the treatment of adenomyosis.3.The scores of dysmenorrhea,menstrual period,menstrual volume and quality of life were significantly different after the treatment(P<0.05).The results showed that the comprehensive treatment scheme based on regulating Qijing could effectively reduce the degree of dysmenorrhea,improve menstruation and the quality of life of patients with adenomyosis.4.Side effects:during the treatment period,one patient had a little subcutaneous ecchymosis after embedding thread,one patient had abdominal distension after oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine,symptoms could be alleviated after treatment,and there were no obvious side effects and adverse reactions.So the comprehensive treatment scheme based on regulating Qijing has a High safety.ConclusionThe mass of female syndrome can be formed by deficiency of Qijing,no increase of qi and blockage of collaterals by blood stasis is the basic reason,so it can be treated by regulating Qijing.The comprehensive treatment scheme of acupoint catgut embedding combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction formulated from the angle of regulating Qijing has a significant therapeutic effect on adenomyosis,which can effectively relieve dysmenorrhea of patients,improve menstrual prolongation and menstrual volume,etc.And improve patients' quality of life,treatment process without obvious side effects and adverse reactions,the treatment method is safe and effective,and cheap,patient compliance is high.It is worthy promoting in the further clinical.
