Objective:In the process of embryo implantation of uterine microen-vironment in mice we discusse the effects of kunyuan soup and the possible mechanism of action.Through after super promote mice implanted with implantation of the molecular biology index IFN-γ and IL-10detection, theoretical basis are provided for the application of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) on embryo implantation.Method:Mice were randomly divided into five groups:blank control group and model group and traditional Chinese medicine low concentration group and chinese medicine middle concentration in the group and Traditional Chinese medicine high concentration group. After the estrous cycle was observed, model group and traditional Chinese medicine groups were injected in belly at05:00PM by horse serum gonadotrophin (PMSG)10IU,and then after48h the mices were injected of human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG)10IU by the same way.In the evening the injection of HCG the male and female proportion of Model group and traditional Chinese medicine groups come together by2:1,while Blank control group without super ovulation. At07:0008:00o’clock tomorrow morning we checked the vaginal of female mice,to make sure that the mice were pregnancy.If we found yin hua,it could be marked as first day. In the first day,we feeded the chinese medicine for a0.3ml of kunyuan soup for low, medium and high concentrations of three groups at8o ’clock Once a day until the forth day,Whlie Blank group and model group filled daily with physiological saline as the volume of Chinese traditional medicine. In the fifth day,we collected the blood by remove the eyeball after anesthesia in mice,and detect IL-10and IFN-γ by ELISA assay determination between groups, and count the number of blastocyst by the microscope combined with the observation bed.Results:①We found the highest Yin chuan rate in chinese medicine middle concentration in the group and model group.Each group had significantly statistical significance(P<0.01). Profile control to kill the mice in pregnant5day,we counted the bright transparent blastocysts. The chinese medicine middle concentration in the group had the largest number of blastocyst on average in Chinese medicine group, and then the low concentration group, the high concentration group. Between groups with Chinese medicine concentration group it had significantly statistical differences (P<0.01).②IL-10of TCM middle concentration group is the highest, followed by the low concentration group and the high concentration group of Chinese medicine. TCM middle concentration group is compared between each group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).③IFN-γ content of TCM middle concentration group is the lowest, followed by the low concentration group and the high concentration group of Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine is compared between each group, difference has statistical significance(P<0.05). Blank control group is compared between each group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). The low group is compared with the TCM groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).conclusion:Of kunyuan soup can increase the quantity a blastocyst implantation, to raise the risk of pregnancy, at the same time can reduce the IFN-γ generated and increase IL-10secretion, maintains the Th1/Th2type cytokines balance, can maintain normal pregnancy.
