Research On The Present Situation And Its Influencing Factors Of The Elderly Family Doctor Service Demand Of The Urban Elderly In Chongqing

With the deepening of China’s aging population, pension issues have increasingly become the focus of government and society. Under the physiological development stage of human aging, the elderly population with age, disease spectrum change, the possibility of disease, so the elderly to health care, rehabilitation, health care and other medical services demand has increased significantly. At present, China has initially built a "home based, community-based, institutions for the support" of the urban pension service system, and strive to form a "9073" pension pattern.Influenced by the traditional concept of filial piety and the level of economic development, China’s society mainly rely on home care for the elderly. In order to alleviate the pressure of community primary health care services, actively carry out the family doctor service pilot work throughout the country, through the contract services, consolidate and enhance the capacity of primary health care services. As the focus groups of urban communities in the elderly population, to protect their health care needs inthe case of the effective promotion of pension services is very necessary.Combined with the family doctor service, based on the health management,the implementation of the urban elderly family doctor service mode can properly solve this problem.Combined with the successful experience of developed countries and domestic the family doctor service pilot, this paper for the health care needs of the elderly with increasing, of urban elderly demand situation and influence of the family doctor service for the aged factors. Therefore,taking Chongqing city as an example, follow the qualitative research and quantitative research approach, in-depth analysis of the demand for pension services in Chongqing city city elderly family doctor. The first part of the trend of national policy statements under the background of population aging and the elderly demand changes, expression of pension service type family doctor’s significance; the second part introduces the related definition of old-age home and family doctor service pension, basic theoretical interpretation, provide a theoretical basis for the implementation of family doctor service for the aged; the third part describes Chongqing City family doctor service contract to carry out the status quo, social survey data based on the factors of the elderly family doctor city type pension service demand and effect analysis; the fourth part of the interview content,from the demand side, the supply side and the three party cooperation clearly pointed out that there are family doctor service pension problem,carry out Chongqing City family doctor service based on combining the survey data analysis, put forward the proposal.
