Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of Beryllium Needle Combined With Balanced Needle In The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylosis

ObjectiveThrough clinical trials,we analyzed the immediate effect and overall effect of beryllium needle combined with balance needle and common needle on cervical spondylosis,and systematically evaluated the difference of clinical efficacy between the two methods,and discussed the mechanism of beryllium needle combined with balance needle therapy and its advantages in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.MethodsIn this study,60 cervical spondylosis patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group(beryllium needle combined with balanced needle group)30 cases,observation group(ordinary needle group)30 cases.The treatment group was treated with balance needle at the beginning of each treatment,followed by beryllium needle treatment,without interval,twice a week,for two consecutive weeks as a course of treatment,a course of treatment.The observation group was treated with ordinary needling at Tianzhu(bilateral),cervical Jiaji(bilateral),jianjing(bilateral),Houxi(bilateral)points.The needle was retained for 30 minutes twice a week for two consecutive weeks as a course of treatment,one course of treatment.The patients were evaluated before treatment,after the first treatment and after the course of treatment.Statistical methods were used to compare the differences of McGill pain questionnaire score,NPQ neck pain scale score and overall efficacy between the two groups.ResultsThere was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease,McGill score and NPQ score before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable.After the whole course of treatment,the total effective rate was 93.3%in the treatment group and 80%in the observation group.After statistical analysis,the overall efficacy of the two groups at the end of the treatment period was statistically significant(P<0.05).Intra-group comparison:Simple McGill score and NPQ Neck Pain Scale scores of the two groups after the first treatment and after the treatment were significantly improved,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison between the two groups:Simple McGill score and NPQ Neck Pain Scale scores of beryllium needle combined with balanced needle group decreased more significantly after the first treatment and after the end of the course of treatment than before treatment(P<0.05).ConclusionIn clinic,beryllium needle combined with balanced needle therapy and common acupuncture therapy can effectively improve the pain symptoms of patients with cervical spondylosis,and achieve better curative effect,and after the first treatment can be effective.However,beryllium needle combined with balanced needle therapy is superior to ordinary acupuncture therapy in both immediate and overall efficacy,and beryllium needle combined with balanced needle therapy takes less time,can relieve outpatient pressure,improve clinical efficiency and patient turnover rate.It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
