| ObjectiveAs one of the most common clinical disease, cervical spondylosis is due to the organization structure around the edge of the cervical intervertebral disc pressure or stimulation and appear a comprehensive syndrome. Pathological changes of them is give priority to with vertebral artery pressure of vertebral artery type of Cervical spondylosis (Cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery, CSA). Clinical manifestations mainly for orthostatic dizziness, paroxysmal migraines, moreover with vision loss or fuzzy, sleep disorders, such as mental symptoms, has become affect people’s life quality and work efficiency of common diseases, greatly harm to people’s health.This study USES small sample randomized controlled clinical trials, to meet the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis patients as the research object, using fire cupping treatment the disease syndrome, and comparing with pure electric acupuncture group, discusses fire cupping in the treatment of the disease on the feasibility and effectiveness, optimizing the treatment of the disease.MethodsIn strict accordance with the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria screening cases, select in May2013to February2014from the second hospital of guangdong province, guangzhou university of Chinese medicine the first affiliated hospital of60patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis, according to random number table method were randomly divided into treatment group (fire needle and electric acupuncture group) and control group (simple electric acupuncture group),30cases each. Both group therapy for the treatment of2times per week,4weeks treatment (8),4weeks for1course of treatment. Before treatment and after one course of treatment with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis patients’ clinical symptoms scale, the cervical vertigo symptom and function assessment scale (ESCV) to assess the treatment in both groups, and according to the curative effect evaluation standard is analyzed by using SPSS19.0software.Results1. The treatment group and control group after treatment of clinical symptom scores have increased, the two groups before and after treatment have significant difference in statistics (P<0.05), shows that both methods has effect on the clinical symptoms improved CSA. Clinical symptom scores in the two groups after treatment compared with statistical significance (P<0.05), suggesting fire electric acupuncture group in the improvement of clinical symptoms of CSA is superior to pure electric acupuncture group.2. The treatment group total effective rate was93.33%, control group total effective rate was83.33%. Clinical efficacy of using rank and test analysis, statistically significant (P<0.05), suggesting the clinical curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group.3. From the point of ESCV scale total score results, the treatment group compared with the control group before and after treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group and control group all can improve patient’s clinical symptoms and function. To compare the two groups after integral, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), suggesting the treatment group than the control group in improving clinical symptoms in patients with curative effect more apparent.4. In terms of ESCV scale each single factor points, the treatment group and control group after treatment of dizziness, neck shoulder pain integral, headache, psychological and social adaptation integral are higher than before treatment, differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group and control group can obviously improve the patient’s dizziness, neck shoulder pain, headache, psychological and social adaptation ability. Integral to compare the two groups after treatment, on the dizziness, neck shoulder pain, headache, integral difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), suggesting the treatment group in improving dizziness, neck shoulder pain, headache is better than that in control group; On the psychological and social adaptation of integral, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05), not mean that the treatment group in improving patient’s psychological and social adaptation ability is better than the control group.ConclusionFire electric acupuncture group and simple the curative group can make the patient’s clinical symptoms improved, and the treatment group of patients with clinical symptoms improved more obvious. The improvement of clinical symptoms mainly embodied in the following aspects:1, improve the symptoms of dizziness;2, relieve neck shoulder pain;3, improve headache situation;4, alleviate nausea and vomiting;5, improve the numbness. To sum up, including fire needle treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis, combined with dual efficacy of fire needle and electric acupuncture therapy, is a kind of comprehensive therapy, integrating with simple, effective and safe, is worth popularizing widely applied in clinical. |
