The Clinical Research Of Treating Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritison With The Liver-stomach Disharmony By Woxuan Acupunture

Objective:This study aimed to evaluate the clinical efficacy of non-atrophicgastritison with the liver-stomach disharmony treated by woxuan acupunture.By setting up domperidone tablets as the control group,and evaluate the near and future curative effect,the quality of life,the efficacy of emotion,the safety between the treatment group and the control group,to provide scientific and objective basis for a new clinical treatment of non-atrophic gastritison with the liver-stomach disharmony treated by woxuan acupunture.Methods:The 76 patients who met the standard were divided into treatment group and control group randomly according to the principle of 1:1,and each group is of 38 cases.The treatment group is given woxuan acupuncture 2 times per week,the control group is given domperidone tablets 10mg,T.I.D,15-30 min before taking a meal.Both groups have a 4 weeks of the treatment.Record and evaluate TCM syndrome scores,PRO scores,HAD emotional scores and safety of all patients before treatment and after treatment 1 week,2 weeks,3 weeks,4 weeks,2 months.Statistical analysis was carried out using the statistical software SPSS22.Results:(1)Both groups had significant curative effect(P<0.05).The efficacy of syndrome in the treatment group(91.4%)was better than the control group(71.4%),P<0.05,so the difference was statistically significant.(2)The control group took effect quickly,while the treatment group took effect slowly but smoothly.So the late effect of treatment group was better than the control group.The treatment group had better effect in depression,chest tightness,and sigh than the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group had same effect in stomach full,swallow acid,belching,hiccups,poor appetite,stomach noisy,and vomiting as thd control group(P>0.05)).In the effect of abnormal defecation,systemic symptom,and psychological emotion,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The effect of improving anxiety or depression,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(3)The recurrence rate of treatment group was 12.5%,lower than the control group(32.0%)in the follow-up visit after the treatment two mooths,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).So the long-term therapeutic effect of treatment group was better than the control group.(4)There were no serious adverse reaction and problems during the experiment in two groups.Conclusion:The effect of non-atrophic gastritison with the liver-stomach disharmony treated by woxuan acupunture was obvious.This treatment can greatly improve the quality of life,and havs high safety,low cost,simple operation,worth to promoted in the clinical therapy.
