Clinical Study On Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritis Of Liver-stomach Disharmony Syndrome Treated By Jianwei Xiaozhang Decoction Zhao Peiyuan(Internal Medicine Of TCM)

Objective: To investigate the effect of Jianwei Xiaozhang Decoction for the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis of liver-stomach disharmony syndrome on improve the trial subjects’ clinical symptoms 、 keep stable condition and short term effect through scientific and standardized clinical study,and make objective evaluation on its clinical efficacy and safety. Try to explore its mechanism of action from theoretical and clinical aspects in order to provide theoretical basis for treatment of chronic nonatrophic gastritis by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:A total of 66 trial subjects that met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into treatment group(33cases) and control group(33cases). The treatment group received traditional Chinese medicine Jianwei Xiaozhang Decoction, and adjust the dosage according to trial subjects’ age, physical strength, one dose a day for about 400 m L, one bag in the morning and one bag in the evening; the control group received Mosapride tablets, 5mg per time and 3 times a day, add Lansoprazole Tablets 30 mg per time with one time a day if one was heartburn, regurgitation of gastric. Endoscopy was performed at the beginning and at the end of a 4-week treatment. The histological and endoscopic finding, clinical symptom were used as the outcome measures. The drug safety and adverse events were observed at the same time.Results: The comparison of the differences of the basic data shows no significant difference between the two groups on gender, age, course of disease and the main symptoms and signs after deal with statistics process(P > 0.05). After a 4-week treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was 86.7%, the control group was 76.7%. The treatment group and the control group of difference is obvious in improving the comprehensive effect, with statistical significance(P < 0.05). Two groups were better than before at gastroscopic examination, the total effective rate of treatment group was 86.7%, the control group was 73.3% and the treatment group is better than control group(P<0.05). After the treatment of two groups of trial subjects main symptom score were significantly different compared with those beforetreatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); The treatment group was superior to the control group treatment effect at improvement eigastric fullness, epigastric pain, anorexia, fatigue, belching, noisy symptom, with significant difference(P<0.05). There were no significant effects of treatment group and control group on blood, urine, stool and liver, kidney function and etc.Conclusions: Jianwei Xiaozhang Decoction could improve the symptoms of epigastric pain, epigastric bloating, regurgitation, poor appetite, nausea and, and endoscopic findings including erythroplakia, erosion, hemorrage and bile reflux, and the histological lesion like acute and chronic inflammation. Jianwei Xiaozhang Decoction is effective and safe in treating chronic non-atrophic gastritis of liverstomach disharmony syndrome.
