Clinical Research On Kidney-Nourishing,SPleen-rePhnishing And SPutunm-eliminating TheraPy For The Treatment Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome With Insulin Resistence(PCOS-IR)

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy on Kidney-Nourishing,SPleen-rePhnishing and sPutunm-eliminating Therapy for the Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome with insulin resistence(PCOS-IR),and exPlore its effect mechanism.Methods:Collect Patients with PCOS-IR who met the inclusion criteria in the gynecological clinic of the First Affiliated HosPital of Guang-Zhou Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 3,2018 to January 31,2019,and randomize to two grouPs of 39 cases.The experimental grouP was alternately treated with Wuzi Bushen Tiaojing Decoction and JianPi Huatan Xiaozhi Decoction,the control grouP took Wuzi Bushentiaojing Decoction combined with metformin foe three months.Before treatment and after drug withdrawal,contrast the menstruation,TCM syndrome scores,body mass index(BMI),sign scores of hairy and acne,sex hormone 5 and LH/FSH ratio,insulin restitance,ovarian volume,basal body temPerature(BBT),Pregnancy rate during treatment.Recults:1.The TCM symPtom scores of two grouPs were decreased after treatment,and the defference was statistically significant(p<0.05),the scores of the experimental grouP were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statically significant(p<0.05);2.On the basis of Prolonged menstrual cycle,the Period of two groups was shortened after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).ComPared between the two groups,the experimental group was shorter and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);3.BMI and hirsutism scores of two grouPs were lower than those before medication,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference(p>0.05)in acne scores between the two grouPs before and after treatment;4.At the level of sex hormones,LH/FSH,PRL and T decreased in the experimental group before and after treatment.The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Within the control group,the levels of LH/FSH and PRL decreased.The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).There was no statistical difference in T(p>0.05).The LH/FSH,PRL,and T levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);5.Insulin resistence:HOMA-IR in two groups decreased after treatment(p<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant between two grouPs;6.Ovarian volume:The ovarian volume was reduced in the two grouPs after medication,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).After treatment,the ovarian volume of the experimental grouP was smaller than that of the control grouP,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);7.Pregnancy rate:During the treatment,the Pregnancy rate of the experimental group was 60.9%,and that of the control group was 33.3%.The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).8.BBT:The biPhasic rate of the experimental group was 75.3%during the treatment Period and 51.4%in the control grouP,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);9.Total efficacy:The experimental grouP showed a positive rate(effective rate+cure rate)of 91.8%,and the control grouP of 67.6%,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:Taking Bushen JianPi Huatan as the rule,the treatment of PCOS-IR with alternative Wuzi Bushen Tiaojing Decoction and JianPi Huatan Xiaozhi Decoction is effective,which can imProve ovulation status,sex hormone levels and insulin resistance,relieve the sPleen and kidney deficiency and Phlegm damPness syndrome and menstrual cycle,restore BBT biPhasic,and high Pregnancy rate during treatment.It is exPected to become an economic,safe and effective treatment for PCOS-IR,for the treatment of Polycystic remedies for Chinese medicine Ovarian syndrome oPens uP new ideas.
