The Clinical Study Of Treating Endometriosis Dysmenorrhea In Traditional Chinses Medical Comprehensive Treatment Based On TCM Constitution Identification

Objective:Through previous large sample and multicenter research findings that the high-risk constitution of Endometrisis dysmenorrhea is Yang-insuffieiency constitution,Blood-stasis constitution and Qi-depression constitution.And the traditional Chinese medical comprehensive treatment based on TCM constitution identification in treating Endometrisis dysmenorrhea was made.This study was designed to judge the clinical efficacy and security of treating Endometrisis dysmenorrhea in traditional Chinese medical comprehensive treatment based on TCM constitution identification and make a further optimization schEMe,so that to determine standard clinical pathways.Methods:This study was designed to collect the 66 patients in gynecology department of Foshan Chancheng Central Hospital,which were in accordance with the inclusion criteria from 2018 March to 2018 October.Total of 66 cases randomly divided into 2 groups.The traditional Chinese medical comprehensive treatment group(33 cases):Start 3 days after menstruation,taking Neiyi decotion based on TCM constitution identification and Detoxification and blood transfusion and retention enEMa,lasting for 14 days in a cycle.Insist this treatment for 3 menstrual cycles.The western medicine group(33 cases):using ibuprofen on the first day of menstruation,taking one pill every 12 hours for 3 days.Insist this treatment for 3 menstrual cycles.To observe the changes of vaginal B-ultrasound of nodule size,serum CA125,serum CEA,the intensity of dysmenorrhea changes and constitution of TCM,between the before and after treatment.Results:(1)Baseline data analysisThis study was collected the 70 patients,4 patients were drop-out,66 cases were actually studied.Total of 66 cases randomly divided into 2 groups:the traditional Chinese medical comprehensive treatment group(33 cases)and the western medicine group(33 cases).The baseline data analysis suggested that there were no significant differences in age,length of residence in Lingnan area,height,weight,degree of education and the constitution of TCM between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)Dysmenorrhea index score analysisThere were no significant differences in Visual analogue scale of dysmenorrhea score,the degree of dysmenorrhea and the partition of degree of dysmenorrhea between the traditional Chinese medical comprehensive treatment group and the western medicine group before treatment(P>0.05).Insist this treatment for 3 menstrual cycles,both in the traditional Chinese medical comprehensive treatment group and in the western medicine group,there were significant differences in Visual analogue scale of dysmenorrhea score,the degree of dysmenorrhea and the partition of degree of dysmenorrhea(P<0.05).Insist this treatment for 3 menstrual cycles,33 patients in the traditional Chinese medical comprehensive treatment group,10 cases were cured,19 cases were markedly effective,4 cases effective,0 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 100.00%;33 patients in the western medicine group,2 cases were cured,15 cases were markedly effective,11 cases effective,5 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 84.85%,the efficacy evaluation of dysmenorrhea of the traditional Chinese medical comprehensive treatment group was superior to the western medicine group,which were significant differences(P<0.05).(3)Vaginal B-ultrasound of nodule size analysisThere were no significant differences in vaginal B-ultrasound of nodule size between the before and after treatment in two groups(P>0.05).In the traditional Chinese medical comprehensive treatment group,there were significant differences that vaginal B-ultrasound of nodule size after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05).In the western medicine group,there were no significant differences in vaginal B-ultrasound of nodule size between the before and after treatment(P>0.05).(4)The change of serum CA125 and serum CEA analysisThere were no significant differences in serum CA125 and serum CEA between the traditional Chinese medical comprehensive treatment group and the western medicine group before treatment(P>0.05).Both the traditional Chinese medical comprehensive treatment group and the western medicine group there were significant differences that serum CA125 after treatment was dramatie decline compared with before treatment(P<0.05).There were significant differences in serum CEA between the bef'ore and after treatment in both groups(P<0.05)·Conelusion:There were distinct curative effects in improving dysmenorrhea symptoms,shrinking vaginal B-ultrasound of nodule size and reducing the level of serum CA125 and serum CEA.In addition,this therapeutic method can be widely used and have slight side effect.Using this therapy can improve the quality of life of patients markedly.
