Clinical Characteristics Of Gallbladder Polypoid Changes, TCM Constitution Identification And Research Ideas

Purpose:1.A retrospective analysis about the patients of polypoidlesion of gallbladder's clinical characteristics.Explore the relationship between different diseases and factors with single and multiple.2.Analysis the patients of polypoidlesion of gallbladder's TCM constitutional types.Explore the mentality of diagnosis and treatment to provide theoretical basis for syndrome differentiation and treatment.Material and method:1.Retrospective study object is the 2nd affiliated hospital of liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine clinical cases of hospitalized patients,there are 326 cases,both of the cases are ultrasonic diagnosis of gallbladder polypoid change.Adopt the method of clinical case control study,set up a database,use the SPSS17.0 statistical software to analysis the data.The cases included are using the multivariate correlation analysis if there is a correlation analysis between various factors.If there is simple correlation between any of them,then using the Partial Correlation.To determine the true correlation degree and direction.To have the correlation factors of chi-square,those who are not met the four tables X2 test using the R×C tables of data statistical analysis.2.Collecting 95 cases of polypoidlesion of gallbladder those who writing the TCM “preventive treatment of disease” assessment form.Inputing the results of questionaire to the recognition of TCM constitution system which belongs to Liaoning university second affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine cure disease center.The system by calculating the original points and transformation to determine physical type.3.Retrieving CNKI and ten thousand database from 1990 to 2017 about the document of gallbladder polypoid change treatment.The search term are designated as gallbladder polyp and Polypoidlesion of gallbladder.Screening of Chinese medicine literature for the treatment of it.Using the statistical method of frequency to analyze the diagnosis and treatment regularity of all the literature which are selected.Results:1.Chi-square test result is Pearson X2=5.466,P=0.019<0.05,have statistic significance.Chi-square test result shows that that the single incidence of high blood pressure group of polypoidlesion of gallbladder higher than normal group.But the incidence of multiple people is opposite.2.Using the R×C table statistical analysis.The result shows that Pearson X2=21.689,P=0.000<0.05,Likelihood Ratio X2=19.920,P=0.000<0.05.That means the correlation between single or multiple and polyps diameter have statistic significance.The constituent ratio of single and multiple is different.The most common diameter of the single is less than 0.5 cm.The multiple patients most common diameter is 0.5-1.0cm.3.After statistical analysis,there is no difference between the single and multiple of polypoidlesion of gallbladder's with sex,age,fatty liver,gallstone,blood glucose,TG and LDL.4.In the 95 cases the most is the mild physical(29.47%),but the mild physical is eucrasia,we shouldn't think it as a diseases susceptible constitution.So in proportion,Yang-qi deficiency constitution(26.32%),phlegm-dampness constitution(12.63%),qi-insufficiency constitution(11.58%),yin deficiency constitution(7.37%),wet-heat temparing(6.32%),logistic regression(3.16%),the constitution of "Tebing"(2.11%),blood stasis constitution(1.05%).Using the analysis of variance to compare the three common constitution,the result shows that the three groups of BMI P>0.05,have no statistical significance,compared in pairs,the BMI level of phlegm-dampness constitution is higher than qi-insufficiency constitution(P=0.03<0.05).Have statistic significance.The risk criterion of phlegm-dampness constitution is possible BMI.5.The major direction of the treatment gallbladder polypoid change based on syndrome differentiation are dispersing blood stasis,soothing the liver,clearing heat,removing dampness by diuresis,reduce phlegm.The major direction of clinical medication are including eliminating blood-stasis drugs,qi regulating drugs,qi invigorating drugs,drugs removing dampness and promoting diuresis.The most Commonly used medicines including bupleurum root,curcuma,loosestrife,glycyrrhiza.Conclusion:1.The single incidence of high blood pressure group of polypoidlesion of gallbladder higher than normal constitution,wet-heat temparing.The rare is logistic regression,the constitution of "Tebing",blood stasis constitution.The risk criterion of phlegm-dampness constitution is possible BMI.3.The major
