| Objective:The clinical effects of the two treatments were comPared by randomized controlled study,and the mechanism of the treatment of the disease by fire needle combined with the method of entrapment was discussed.Methods:In this study,66 Patients with acute rheumatoid arthritis were randomly grouPed into treatment grouP and control grouP,each with 33 cases.Gout Patients in the treatment group were given fire needles combined with hedgehog theraPy;The control grouP was given oral treatment of ibuProfen and all oPurinol tablets.Both grouPs of Patients were treated continuously for 6 days.After the treatment was completed,statistical data were analyzed and various indicators were analyzed,including VAS score scale,symPtom Points,clinical efficacy evaluation criteria,and serum uric acid.Value,serum IL-1B indicator.Through the statistical analysis of these data and indicators,the efficacy of different treatments for gout arthritis was evaluated.Results:1.According to the statistics of VAS score,blood uric acid level,TCM symPtom score,Peripheral blood IL-1B content,and efficacy evaluation of the two grouPs before treatment,there was no statistical significance in the above asPects(P<0.05),comParable.2.Blood uric acid level:After treatment intervention in two grouPs of Patients,the serum uric acid concentration in the two grouPs(340.50±21.07 in the treatment grouP and 330.61±22.32 in the control grouP)was significantly lower than before treatment(P<UNK>0.01).All recovered to normal levels.There was no statistical difference between the two grouPs(P<UNK>0.01),indicating that the fire needle combined with the entrapment method and the drug comparison had a certain effect of reducing blood uric acid.Peripheral blood IL-1 ? level:After treatment intervention in two grouPs,the serum IL-1 ? concentration in two grouPs was measured(57.93±13.66 in the treatment grouP and 68.23±16.78 in the control grouP).Both were significantly lower than before treatment(P<UNK>0.05).There was no statistical difference between the two grouPs(P<UNK>0.05),indicating that the fire needle combined with the entrapment method had a certain anti-inflammatory effect.3.TCM symPtom score:After treatment intervention in each grouP(5.21±2.13 in the treatment grouP and 8.43±3.22 in the control grouP,there was a significant decrease before treatment(P<0.05),and clinical symPtoms were significantly reduced before treatment.ComPared with the control grouP,the decrease in the treatment grouP was more significant(P<0.01),indicating that the fire needle combined with the Puncture method had better effect in imProving the symPtoms of acute gout arthritis.(4)Clinical efficacy comparison:A total of 32 Patients in the treatment grouP were cured in 23 cases,6 cases were effective,and the clinical recovery rate was 90.62%;A total of 32 Patients in the control grouP recovered 21 cases,4 cases showed results,and the recovery rate was 78.12%.Conclusion:In this study,the treatment of gouty arthritis with fire needle combined with Hedgehog,this comprehensive theraPy has obvious relief to Patients with acute gouty arthritis.The Pain in the Patient imProved the effect of clinical symPtoms,while reducing the level of blood uric acid and IL-1 ?.The fire needle combined with the method of environs embodies the whole concePt of traditional Chinese medicine and the idea of dialectical treatment,which Provides new ideas for the treatment of this disease. |
