ObjeetiveBy observing the treatment on dampness-heat acute gouty arthritis with fire acupuncture, to study the effect of treating acue Acute gouty arthritis with Fire Needle. to study clinical efficacy and fanalgesic effect of the treatment on dampness-heat acute gouty arthritis with Fire Acupucture, to observe the possible mechanisms of fire acupuncture therapy on acute gouty arthritis of dampness-heatMethodIn this prospective study,70patients with diagnosis of collection, the inclusion criteria, using simple random method, divided into the treatment group and control group with35cases in each group, set up the Ⅰ group for the treatment group which accepted Fire Acupuncture treatment; group Ⅱ was the control group, which accepted Western Medicine treatment with Nimesulide and small dose of Colchicumalkaloid. The patients in I group relative can fully exposed the site and relatively comfortable position, in the selected acupoint with povidone iodine disinfection, light the alcohol lamp flameheating needle body, left hand holding the alcohol lamp, until the tip burn red, quickly and accurately into0.2cm～0.3cm after acupuncture with Dieda Wanhua oil externalpinhole. The remaining points with Wanhua oil, with fire needle puncture about0.1cm.1times a day,7times as a course. When joints pain disappeared, cancel the Ashi point. Group II patients accepted Nimesulide100mg capsule, oral,1times/day, colchicine0.5mg2times/day,7days are1treatment course. After1courses of treatment, to study the efficacy index of patients with laboratory examination, pain evaluation, analysis of two groups of analgesic effect of treatment.Results 1. In the treatment group of33cases,4cases were cured,15cases were markedly effective,14cases were effective, no one was ineffective, the total effective rate was100%. In the control group of32cases,3cases were cured,16cases were markedly effective,13cases were effective, no one was ineffective,. the statistical comparison of the clinic effect in the two groups after treatment,, z=0.698, P=0.485,(P>0.05), no statistical significance.6. In the treatment group of33cases,8cases were cured,18cases were markedly effective,7cases were effective, no one was ineffective, the total effective rate was100%. In the control group of32cases,4cases were cured,15cases were markedly effective,13cases were effective, no one was ineffective, the statistical comparison of theanalgesia efficacy in the two groups after treatment, z=0.698, P=0.035,(P<0.05), with statistical significance, to Illustrate the analgesia efficacy of the two groups have differences, the analgesia efficacy of the treatment group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion:Observation of two methods in the treatment of dampness-heat acute gouty arthritis, two groups had no significant difference in improving the score of symptoms, signs, and laboratory examination. In treatment group, VAS score, analgesic effect, analgesic efficacy were significantly better than that in the control group. The two groups in terms of compliance and safety of patients are good, no adverse reactions occur.
