Observation Of Curative Effcet About Pulse Radiofrequency Of The Cervical Spinal Nerve Branch Combined With Eperisone Hydrochloride In Cervicogenic Headache Patients

Objective: To verify the safety and long-term efficacy about Pulse radiofrequency of the cervical spinal nerve branch combined with eperisone hydrochloride in cervicogenic headache patients.Methods:According to the random number table method,diagnosed 50 cases of cervical headache patients,they were divided into treatment group and control group:25 patients in the experimental group were treated with pulse radiofrequency of the cervical spinal nerve branch,Combined oral edepridine hydrochloride tablets 50 mg three times daily for 4 weeks after treatment;25 patients in the control group with Pulse radiofrequency of the cervical spinal nerve branch.To collect the two groups of pre-treatment VAS and MIDAS scores,and the VAS scores of 1 week,.To record 3 months and 6 months after treatment and MIADS scores of 3 months and 6 months after treatment.The VAS scores of the two groups were compared at 1 week,3 months and 6months after treatment,and the MIDAS scores at 3 months and 6 months after treatment were compared.Using SPSS19.0 statistical software for statistical analysis,test the level of ub <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant.Results:After treatment,VAS and MIDAS score of both groups were lower than before treatment;The VAS scores of the experimental group after 1 week of treatment were not significantly improved compared with the control group,P> 0.05;The VAS and MIDAS scores of the experimental group at3 and 6 months after treatment were significantly improved as compared with the control group,P<0.05,The effective rate of the experimental group after treatment for 6 months was88% and that of the control group was84%.P>0.05.Conclusion:Pulse radiofrequency of the cervical spinal nerve branch combined with eperisone hydrochloride in cervicogenic headache patients is safe and effective,Pulse radiofrequency of the cervical spinal nervebranch combined with eperisone hydrochloride in cervicogenic headache patients showed a lower VAS score and MIDAS score after 6 months than that of Pulse radiofrequency of the cervical spinal nerve branch,The effective rate compared with Pulse radiofrequency of the cervical spinal nerve branch combined with eperisone hydrochloride is not superior to simple Pulse radiofrequency of the cervical spinal nerve branch.
