and processed by SPSS 19.0 statistical software package, and the general information of undergraduate practical nursing students were described by frequency, percentage, mean and so on;the present situation of subjective well-being,occupational identity and perceived social support of undergraduate practical nursing students were described by means of mean, standard deviation and percentage.T-test and one-way ANOVA were used to make a study of the difference of general information in the subjective well-being of undergraduate practical nursing students; To use multiple regression analysis to conduct statistic analysis;Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the relationship among occupational identity, perceived social support and subjective well-being.Results:(1)The highest score was social comparison and self-reflection in every dimension of undergraduate practical nursing students' occupational identity, which was(3.43±0.62),and the differences in gender, origin of students, only child, volunteer filling in nursing profession and mother's educational level were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The highest score of all dimensions of perceived social support was family support, which was(4.43±0.89).The differences in gender, origin of students, only child, family type, family economic status and mother's educational level were statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The highest score in every dimension of subjective well-being of undergraduate practical nursing students was positive emotion, which was(4.21±1.03).The differences in gender, origin of students, only child, volunteer filling in nursing profession, family type, family economic status, father's educational level and mother's educational level were statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The score of subjective well-being was positively correlated with the score of occupational identity, where the correlation coefficient was 0.336,P<0.01,and there was a negative correlation between the dimension of negative emotion and the dimensions of occupational identity;the positive emotion and the life satisfaction of the subjective well-being were positively correlated with each dimension of perceived social support, with a correlation coefficient of,P<0.01 and there was a negative correlation between the dimension of negative emotion and the dimension of perceived social support. There was a positive correlation between occupational identity and perceived social support, with a correlation coefficient of 0.394,P<0.01.(5)Multiple regression analysis showed that volunteer filling in nursing profession, family type, perceived social support, and occupational identity were the main factors of subjective well-being of undergraduate practical nursing students, and explained the variability of 28.1%.Conclusions:(1)The occupational identity of undergraduate practical nursing students is at a moderate level, among them, female practical nursing students, who come from the countryside,non-only child, volunteer filling in nursing profession, mother's education level is in technical secondary school or above high school have higher level of occupational identity.(2)The perceived social support of undergraduate practical nursing students is at a moderate level.Among them, female practice nursing students, who come from town, only child, from the nuclear family, whose family is in good economic condition, mother's education level are in technical secondary school or above high school have higher level of perceived social support.(3)The subjective well-being of undergraduate practical nursing students is at a moderate level.Among them, female practice nursing students, who come from the town, the only child, volunteer filling in nursing profession, come from the nuclear family, whose family economy is in good condition, father's education level and mother's education level are in the technical secondary school or above have higher level of subjective well-being.(4)Life satisfaction and positive emotion, those two dimensions of nursing students'subjective well-being have a significantly positive correlation with their professional identity and perceived social support, whereas the negative emotion have a negative impact upon them. The higher the scores of professional identity and perceived social support, the higher the scores of
