Study On The Influencing Factors Of The Elderly Choosing Medical Combination And The Old Age Model In Shenyang City

Population issues have been concerned by all sectors of society,as it has a strong supporting role for the sustainable development of a country.The most serious population problem is the aging of the population,of which China is the country with a serious problem of population ageing.In accordance with the provisions of the United Nations for Geriatric society,our country has already entered an aging society and become a geriatric country in the 2000.With the increasing aging of the population,the maintenance coefficient and support coefficient of the elderly are rising,and the aging of the population and its accompanying health problems have brought severe challenges to the current pension model,and the traditional model of old-home pension and medical separation has been unable to meet the needs of China's rapid aging population.From this,China put forward a new model of pension combined with medical care,which is intended to promote the new development of the cause of old age.The purpose of this topic is to provide theoretical basis and reference significance for the improvement and development of medical integration Service content in the future by investigating the analysis of the factors influencing the choice will of the elderly in Shenyang.Because Liaoning Province is one of the most aging provinces in China,the problem of old age is more prominent,which requires Liaoning province in the development of a new type of old-age pension model,but also to develop a new type of pension model suitable for their own.In this paper,the author discusses and summarizes the relevant medical integration models at home and abroad,and makes use of the relevant practical achievements of the medical integration pilot in other provinces in China,and makes a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the choice of medical and integration model of the elderly in Shenyang,and draws relevant conclusions.The purpose of the study is to examine the main problems: whether the combination of medical and health care has an impact on the willingness of the elderly to choose the Shenyang,whether the factors affecting their choice of medical integration model are variable,and the factors influencing the development of the future Shenyang medical integration model are not supporting.This article mainly uses the empirical research method,on the basis of reading a large number of Chinese and foreign literatures,uses the logical analysis method to divide the factors that influence the Shenyang elderly to choose the medical care combined with the old-age model into the personal basic characteristic factor,the health factor,the economic factor,the cognitive concept factor and the social factor five aspects.Finally,it is concluded that the physical fitness and family income level of the elderly are the main factors affecting the choice of medical care combined with the old age model in Shenyang,and the other aspects are the second.In view of the research conclusion,the corresponding policy suggestions are put forward,including: first,the construction of the local characteristics of medical care combined with the old age model,second,strengthen publicity efforts,popularize the knowledge of old age,and third,improve the level of old-age services,strengthen the construction of old-age service projects.
