In recent years,with the continuous development of big data technology,the value of data in the medical and health field has gradually become more prominent.Therefore,information sharing of medical data becomes particularly important.However,due to the lack of uniform technology and standard requirements in the early stage of medical informatization construction,the current "data island" phenomenon in which data is difficult to share among various medical information systems.This phenomenon has seriously hindered the application of big data technology in the field of health care and hindered the development of health care industry.Through the research on the heterogeneous characteristics of regional health and medical data,it is not difficult to find the main reasons for the difficulties in the integration of regional heterogeneous medical data are as follows:1.The data structure adopted by medical information systems constructed by different medical institutions is not uniform.2.The data standards used in the construction of different medical information systems are different.3.The traditional interface development data sharing method is inefficient and lacks a unified and efficient regional health care data integration and sharing platform.The thesis focuses on the above problems from the three aspects of data standards,data integration methods and data integration efficiency.First,based on the medical data standards issued by the national health department,combined with the experience of other provinces and cities,and based on the actual situation in the region,the electronic medical record and health file data standards were formulated.Then introduce the concept of metadata and establish the mapping relationship between the source data structure and the target data structure through the method of mapping matching.The dictionary mapping relationship between the source data standard and the unified data standard is established by the method of range mapping.Therefore,a set of heterogeneous medical data integration models based on metadata is constructed,which solves the problem of heterogeneous medical data structure and semantic heterogeneity.Finally,based on the open source ETL project Kettle,the second development was carried out.The greedy scheduling algorithm was introduced to optimize the original task scheduling strategy,and the regional health medical data integration system was realized,which improved the data integration efficiency.In addition,based on theintegrated electronic medical record data,the thesis uses statistical analysis and association rule analysis methods for data analysis,and visualizes the analysis results.At present,the regional health medical data integration system designed and implemented in the thesis has been put into practical operation as a subsystem of the population health information platform of Huainan.
