Study On The Model Of Community Medical Service In Tianjin

During the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period in Tianjin,the work of health family planning was guided by deepening reform and benefiting the people.New progress and achievements have been made in health family planning.In order to further promoting the continuous development of health and family planning in Tianjin,better meeting the needs of health and family planning services of urban and rural residents,and improving the health level of the people,Tianjin promulgated the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for the Development of Health and Family Planning in Tianjin in October 2016,.according to the requirements of the National"Thirteenth Five-Year Plan",Tianjin proposed the health and family planning various indicators within the planning period.In particular,the plan has increased investment in community health services,and has achieved remarkable results.But in the community medical service work,there are also some difficult problems to solve.At present,the domestic academic circles mostly focus on the general description of community medical services and the summary of the status quo,but lack of comprehensive and in-depth research.As for the whole community medical service system,implementation mechanism and specific countermeasures,few studies.The innovation of this paper is that,by using the two basic theories of public service,namely,the new public service theory and the public choice theory,we will make a comprehensive and in-depth comparative study of Tianjin community medical service model,which was once ahead of the whole country at the beginning of this century,and Shenzhen community medical service model,which is currently of typical significance in the whole country.At the same time,we will refer to three foreign countries.This paper summarizes the problems of Tianjin community medical service model in service system,operation mechanism and specific implementation measures,and puts forward a set of countermeasures and suggestions for community medical service system,mechanism and implementation measures.Through comparative analysis,questionnaires and interviews,this paper makes a detailed analysis and elaboration on the problems of community medical service in Tianjin,and vividly highlights the existing problems of community medical service in Tianjin.It lays the groundwork for the following detailed strategies.
