Clinical Observation Of The Heart Stabilizing And Chest Broadening Soup In The Treatment Of Premature Ventricular Beats With Deficiency Of Qi And Yin

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of heart stabilizing and chest broadening soup combined with metoprolol tartrate tablets in treating ventricular premature beat with deficiency of qi and Yin.Methods:(1)A total of 49 patients with premature ventricular beats with qi and Yin deficiency were randomly divided into the control group(24 patients)and the treatment group(25 patients).(2)The treatment group was treated with the heart stabilizing and chest broadening soup combined with metoprolol tartrate tablets,while the control group was treated with metoprolol tartrate tablets.(3)The Lown grading of ventricular premature beats before and after treatment,the number of 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram(DCG),and the change of TCM syndrome score were taken as the observation indexes.(4)Two groups are 4 weeks for a course of treatment,data collection and statistical analysis,judge the efficacy and safety of the two groups.Results:(1)Lown rating of premature ventricular beats: Lown rating of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and in terms of treatment efficiency,the overall effective rate of the treatment group was 64%,the overall effective rate of the control group was 37.5%,and the effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).(2)24-hour ventricular premature(PVCS): the 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram(DCG)showed significant reduction in the treatment group,and the effective rate was 80%in the treatment group,which was higher than 58.4% in the control group(P < 0.05).(3)Total score of TCM syndromes: both groups were lower than before treatment,and the curative effect was obvious in the treatment group(P<0.05).In terms of effective rate,the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group and the control group was84% and 66.7% respectively,and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).(4)Single score of TCM symptoms: both groups were improved,and the single score of symptoms of palpitation,shortness of breath,weakness of waist and knee,insomnia and multiple dreams,and night sweats decreased significantly in the treatment group(P<0.05).In terms of the effective rate of single item of TCM syndrome points,the effective rate of single item of palpitations and night sweats in the treatment group was significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion :(1)The heart stabilizing and chest broadening soup combined with metoprolol tartrate tablets can significantly reduce the number of 24-hour ventricular premature and ventricular premature Lown grade.(2)Significantly reduce the qi and Yin deficiency type of premature ventricular beats in Chinese medicine syndrome total score,improve palpitation,shortness of breath,waist and knee acid and soft,insomnia and more than dream clinical symptoms.Among them,the effective rate of TCM single item integral of palpitation and night sweats was significantly increased.(3)Liver function and renal function safety indexes of the treatment group and the control group were within the normal range The heart stabilizing and chest broadening soup combined with metoprolol tartrate tablets in the treatment of premature ventricular beats with qi and Yin deficiency has obvious efficacy,high safety and is worthy of promotion.
