Clinical Observation Of Jieyu Qinghuo Decoction In Treating Reflux Esophagitis With Liver-stomach Stagnation-heat Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Jieyu Qinghuo Decoction in treating patients with reflux esophagitis with stagnation of heat in the liver and stomach,and to explore safe and effective treatment methods from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: From January 2020 to January 2021,60 patients with reflux esophagitis with stagnation of heat in the liver and stomach who met the inclusion criteria were collected.The patients were selected from the inpatient and outpatient department of the Gastroenterology Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Randomized into the group,30 patients in the treatment group took Jieyu Qinghuo Decoction combined with rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules,and 30 patients in the control group took rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules for 4 weeks.By comparing the changes of esophageal mucosal inflammation under gastroscopy before and after treatment,the TCM syndrome score table,HADS table,and using statistical methods to calculate and evaluate the treatment effect.Results:(1)The scores of TCM syndromes,gastroscopic esophageal mucosal scores,and HADS scores of the two groups of patients decreased after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);(2)Judgment of the total clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine:The effective rates of treatment group and control group were 90.00%and 73.33% respectively.and The treatment group has a higher effective rate than the control group(P<0.05);(3)The improvement degree of TCM syndrome score,gastroscopic esophageal mucosal score and HADS score in the treatment group were greater than those in the control group(P<0.05);(4)Safety evaluation: In the course of the study,the safety index fluctuated in the normal range.Conclusion: Jieyu Qinghuo Decoction combined with rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules is more effective than using rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules in the treatment of reflux esophagitis patients with stagnant heat of the liver and stomach,and can effectively relieve the anxiety of patients,safe and effective.
