Clinical Research Of Weibing 2 Granule On Treating Gastric Reflux Esophagitis Of Heat Stagnaiton Of Liver And Stomach Syndrome Types

Objective:Observe the clinical effect and security of WeiBing 2 granule on heat stagnation of liver and stomach of reflux esophagitis.Methods:66 patients of reflux esophagitis who were selected were randomly divided into the treatment group(33 cases)and the control group(33 cases).The treatment group was taken orally by traditional Chinese medicine of WeiBing 2 granule while the control group was taken orally by Omeprazole and Motilium. The treatment time was composed of 8 weeks.Lastly the therapeutic effect and security of WeiBing 2 granule was evaluated.Results:①The two groups have no significant differences(p>0.05) on total clinical efficacy.②The symptoms of the two groups have significant differences(p<0.05) except symptom of heartburn and anorexia.③The two groups of symptom curative effect were compared has significant difference(p<0.05).④The two groups were compared before and after the treatment gastroscope curative effect no significant differences(p>0.05).⑤The two groups of gastric emptying curative effect were compared significant difference(p<0.05).Conclusion:The result indicates,WeiBing 2 granule can obviously alleviate the symptoms of RE and cases of gastric emptying. It didn't show obvious adverce reactions, which is a safe and effective prescription on treating RE.
