| Purpose:Observe the clinical efficacy of Shugan Lidan Hewei Recipe in the treatment of hepatogastric reflux esophagitis,and Provide new ideas and new methods for clinical treatment of the disease.Material and method : A total of 76 patients with reflux esophagitis and hepatic gastrointestinal disorder who were treated at the outpatient clinic of Liaoning University of TCM from June 1,2018 to November 1,2019 were selected.Random number tables were used to randomly group patients according to the order of their visits.There are 38 Chinese medicine group and western medicine group.The Chinese medicine group took "Shu gan li dan he wei fang",one dose daily,decoction 300 ml,orally twice a day before meals.The western medicine group took 20 mg of imiprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets orally twice a day before meals.Patients in both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The changes of TCM syndrome score,anxiety and depression status score,clinical symptom efficacy score,and esophageal mucosal grading before and after gastroscopy were observed.Results:1.TCM symptom score: After taking the medicine regularly for 4 weeks,the Chinese medicine group had full chest bulge,belching,worsening mood,chest tightness,and goodness of breath and symptom scores were lower than those of the western medicine group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of syndrome scores of poor and nausea(P>0.05),the difference is not statistically significant.2.Anxiety and depression status score: After taking the medicine regularly for 4 weeks,the score of anxiety and depression in the Chinese medicine group was lower than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05).3.TCM syndromes: After 4 weeks of conventional medication,1 case was cured in the traditional Chinese medicine group,6 cases were markedly effective,29 cases were effective,and 2 cases were ineffective,and the effective rate was 94.74%.In the western medicine group,0 cases were cured,1 case was markedly effective,33 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,and the effective rate was 89.47%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Grade of esophageal mucosa under gastroscopy: After taking the medicine regularly for 4weeks,13 cases of esophageal mucosa healing in Chinese medicine group,22 cases of grade A,3 cases of grade B;26 cases of western medicine group healing,10 cases of grade A,and 2cases of grade B.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group have their own advantages in the treatment of liver and stomach discordant RE.The traditional Chinese medicine group is better than the western medicine in improving chest and chest fullness,belching,aggravated mood disorders,chest tightness and restlessness,and anxiety and depression in patients.Group;in terms of improving acid reflux,bloating,anorexia,nausea,the two groups had similar effects;the degree of mucosal healing under the microscope was better in the western medicine group than in the traditional Chinese medicine group.2.The total effective rate of Shugan Lidan Hewei Recipe in treatment of liver-gastric discordant RE is better than that in western medicine group. |
