Objectives: By observing and analyzing the changes of postprandial blood lipid level after high-fat-diet in different lipid tolerance populations,we sought to investigate the effects of dietary habits and related factors on lipid metabolism, and summarize the risk factors and protective factors leading to dyslipidemia. Methods: During May 2017 to December 2018,a total of 533 volunteers who met the inclusion criteria were selected as subjects. The questionnaires were used to collect the basic conditions of the subjects(including age, gender, height, weight, the history of smoking)and average daily intake of different dietary types.(including staple foods,vegetables,fruits,meat,eggs,milk,bean,etc.).All subjects were given a week of regular diet and then fed with a high-fat meal prepared by professional nutritionists(total calorie 1500 kcal,60% fat,20% protein,20% carbohydrate). The meal should be completed within 10 minutes.Blood samples were obtained at fasting and 2,4,6,8,10 hours after meal.According to the results of the lipid tolerance test, the subjects were divided into normal fat tolerance group with 232 subjects, impaired fat tolerance group with 130 subjects and hypertriglyceridemia group with 130 subjects. We respectively analyzed dietary intake and related factors of different lipid tolerance populations of different lipid tolerance population. The experimental data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 22.0 software.Result:1 These indicators among the three groups, such as age, blood pressure, waist circumference, body mass index, male and smokers' proportions, increased with the extent of impaired lipid tolerance(P<0.05).And in the patients with impaired fat tolerance, the incidence of impaired glucose, fatty liver and carotid atherosclerosis was higher(P<0.05).2 Compared with fasting TG,TC,LDL-C and apoB in the three groups, they all increased with the extent of impaired lipid tolerance(P<0.05),and the HDL-C decreased with the extent of impaired lipid tolerance(P<0.05).After the high-fat meal, the levels of HDL-C and LDL-C in the three groups were lower than the baseline(P<0.01),but the level of TG was higher(P<0.01).The growth of 4hTG in NFT group was 0.68±0.38mmol/L,IFT group 2.09±0.90mmol/L,HTG group 2.22±1.47mmol/L,respectively.And the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).While the 4hTC decreased from 4.41±0.95 to 4.32±0.94 in the NFT group(P< 0.01).There was no significant difference in IFT group and HTG group(P=1.000,P=0.190).The level of 4h apoA1 decreased in the NFT group and the IFT group(P<0.01),and there was no significant change in HTG group(P=0.956);The level of 4h apoB decreased in the HTG group(P<0.01),and there was no significant change in the NFT group and the IFT group(P=1.000,P=0.086).The levels of postprandial TG,TC,LDL-C and apoB in the three groups all increased with the extent of impaired lipid tolerance(P<0.05),and the HDL-C decreased with the extent of impaired lipid tolerance(P<0.05).3 In the three groups, the intake of staple food(rice, noodles, potato)and meat products increased with the extent of impaired lipid tolerance(P<0.01),while the intake of aquatic products and dairy products showed downward tendency(P<0.01).For the intake of egg products and fresh fruits, there were no significant difference between any two groups(P=0.054,P=0.601).4 The carbohydrates energy supply ratio in the three groups increased with the extent of impaired lipid tolerance(P<0.01),while the protein energy supply ratio and fat supply ratio decreased.(P<0.01).5 The intake of staple food, meat, meat products, soybeans and bean products is the risk factors for impaired fat tolerance. While the intake of fish, aquatic products, milk, dairy products and fresh vegetables is protective factors.Conclusion:1 Multiple factors including age, gender, blood pressure,BMI,waist circumference, smoking history, impaired sugar regulation and so on could have effects on postprandial lipid levels.2 The increase in intake of staple food, meat and meat products, soybeans and bean products can increase postprandial TG levels in people with impaired lipid tolerance. And the increase in intake of fish and aquatic products, milk and dairy products, and fresh vegetables can reduce postprandial TG levels.
