In this paper,through the investigation on dietary structure and common diseases of G Gacha herdsmen in Siziwang Banner,the prejudice on the relationship between diseases and dietary habits of herdsmen is revealed,the harm it brings in real life is analyzed,and the need and possibility of eliminating this phenomenon are put forward from the perspective of social work and social welfare.People have misunderstandings about Mongolian people suffering from hypertension,hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia due to eating more meat,which has become the basis of people's common sense and doctor's diagnosis.Through actual investigation and interviews,it has been proved that the Mongolian people living in pastoral areas have reduced their consumption of meat,even though the proportion of eating meat due to lifestyle diseases such as hypertension,hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia is not high.From the perspective of social work,this paper reveals the prejudice on the relationship between diet and disease of herdsmen as the main content,without discussing its medical problems.The introduction part of this paper introduces the research background,predecessors'research,research significance,research theory and research methods.The first chapter of the main body gives an account of the herdsmen's traditional and modern dietary characteristics in pastoral areas.Chapter two write authoritative remarks about the relationship between dietary habits and diseases.Chapter three describes the general situation of G Gacha and the health status and dietary habits of herdsmen.Chapter four analyses the causes of prejudice in the relationship between herdsmen's dietary habits and diseases and the social problems it brings.Finally,the conclusion is drawn.The appendix includes an outline of the interview and photos.
