The Intervention Effect Of Humosan Combined With Syndrome Differentiation And Treatment On Erosive Gastritis

To observe the effect of self-made"HuMoSan"combined with syndrome differentiation and treatment on clinical symptoms and the influence of mucosal changes under gastroscopy.Selection of 120 patients who met the clinical research criteria in the outpatient department of spleen and stomach and the ward of Shijiazhuang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were randomly divided into two groups,50 in the treatment group and 60 in the control group.The treatment group was treated with self-made formula HuMoSan combined with syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,while the control group was treated with western medicine gastric mucosa agent ReBa PaiTe combined with symptomatic treatment.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,symptom score before and after treatment,and gastroscopic efficacy after treatment were observed in the two groups.Results:(1)The total effective number of the treatment group was 47,and the ineffective number was 4,the total effective rate was 92.16%;the total effective number of the control group was 37,and the ineffective number was 13,the total effective rate was 74.00%.The treatment group was better than the control group,with statistical significance by x~2test(P<0.05).(2)Comparing the results of graded curative effect after treatment,the treatment group cured 5 people,markedly effective 10people,effective 32 people,ineffective 4 people;the control group cured 1person after treatment,markedly effective 9 people,effective 27 people,ineffective 13 people.The treatment group was better than the control group,with statistical significance by rank sum test(P<0.05).(3)The scores of symptoms before and after treatment in the two groups were statistically significant by rank sum test(P<0.05).Both groups of drugs were effective in the treatment of EG.(4)After treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups were better in the treatment group than in the control group,with statistical significance by rank sum test(P<0.05).(5)After treatment,the total effective rate of gastroscopy in the treatment group was 49,and the ineffective rate was 2,the total effective rate was 96.08%;the total effective rate of gastroscopy in the control group was 42,and the ineffective rate was 8,the total effective rate was 84.00%.The treatment group was better than the control group,with statistical significance by x~2test(P<0.05).(6)After treatment,31 patients were cured,3 were markedly effective,15 were effective and 2 was ineffective in the treatment group;and 5 were cured,6 were markedly effective,31 were effective and 8 were ineffective in the control group.The treatment group was better than the control group,with statistical significance by rank sum test(P<0.05).(7)Comparing the degree of gastric mucosal erosion before and after treatment between the two groups and within the group:There were significant differences in gastric mucosal erosion between the two groups before and after treatment,with statistical significance by rank sum test(P<0.01);after treatment,the improvement of gastric mucosa between the two groups was better in the treatment group than in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).(8)There were no adverse reactions caused by drugs in the course of treatment.Conclusion:1.HuMoSan combined with syndrome differentiation and treatment can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of erosive gastritis.2.HuMoSan combined with syndrome differentiation and treatment can significantly improve and repair gastroscopic mucosal erosion and promote gastric mucosal healing.3.The traditional Chinese medicine group HuMoSan combined with syndrome differentiation has no adverse reactions in treating erosive gastritis and it can be popularized and applied in clinic.
