Clinical And Theoretical Research Of Reinforcing Vital Qi And Clearing Away Heat With Protecting Mucosa Treatment In Curing Chronic Erosive Gastritis

Objective:With the processing of Gastroscope technology and people’s bad health habits,more and more people are suffering Chronic Erosive Gastritis.The curative effect of TCM in curing CEG is obvious.So we collating individual experiences of distinguished physicians to share the academic thoughts of reinforcing Vital Qi and Clearing Away Heat and Protecting Mucosa Treatment in curing Chronic Erosive Gastritis.In this experiment we talk about the academic thoughts and clinic trial of reinforcing Vital Qi and clearing away heat and protecting mucosa treatment in curing Chronic Erosive Gastritis,which had compared with western medicine treatment(omeprazole).At last,we showed the priority of dialectical treatment of TCM and provided a more effective program.Methods:Using multi-sample, controlled, double blind observation,we collected the clinical data of 60 cases which were diagnosed with chronic erosive gastritis from Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and Second People’s Hospital of Nanjing Medical University.In this study,a randomized controlled method,the selected patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group of 30 patients, the controlled group of 30 patients.To record the patients’ clinical data in detail and then to score it. Observing the results of the treatment before and after the study. To summarize the data and the database was established.Results:The total efficacy, Endoscopic performance,symptom score, were statistically,P< 0.05,Statistically significant. So the treatment group is more effective than the controlled group.In curing the chronic erosive gastritis,reinforcing Vital Qi and Clearing Away Heat and Protecting Mucosa Treatment can improve the clinical symptoms, heal the mucous membrane,significantly better than omeprazole.
