The Professor Yi-Ting He's Using Drugs Regularity Research Of The Treatment For Ankylosing Spondylitis

ObjectiveBy means of frequency analysis and association rules analysis on the medication features of AS cases from the clinical diagnosis and treatment of Professor He Yiting's,this Paper preliminarily concluded the dialectical thinking and medication rules for Professor He' s AS treatment,and further summarized Professor He' academic experience in treating AS,with a view to providing more optimized Chinese medicine wisdom for the treatment of the disease,to preliminarily form a Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment program and provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.MethodologyIn this study,a total of 139 patients with AS who visited Professor He Yiting's Outpatient Department of Guangdong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2009 to March 2017 were collected with complete case data and treatment for three consecutive months.Specifically,through:(1)Case Information Collation:Collecting the general information of patients(name,sex,age,date of consultation,etc.),symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine and prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine from the original date;(2)Establishment of Database:Entering the collected case information into Excel 2010 to establish a database,and locking the Excel after the second review was corrected.(3)Data Standardization:Normalization and standardization of the names and similar symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in the original materials.(4)Data Mining and Analysis:Adopting Excel 2010 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 to analyze and process the data.Result(1)General Data of 139 AS Patients:107 male patients(76.98%)and 32 female patients(23.02%).The ratio of male to female patients was 3.34:1.(2)Median Frequency Distribution:In 139 AS patients,54 medicines with a median frequency of no less than 5 were prescribed,with a total frequency of 3444.17 medicines with a total frequency of more than 3%were used,with a cumulative frequency of 66.78%.They were rhizoma cibotii,cornu cervi degelatinatum,eupolyphaga seu steleophaga,herba lycopi,achyranthes bidentata,fructus psoraleae,teasel root,eucommia ulmoides,saposhnidoviae radix,rhizoma anemarrhenae,cassia twig,ephedra,notopterygium root,radix paeoniae rubra,radix angelicae pubescentis and radix paeoniae alba.From the perspective of medicine types,the top 5 in DDDs were that 543 times of medicines for liver and kidney,accounting for 15.91%,433 times of medicines for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis,accounting for 12.43%,428 times of guiding medicines,accounting for 12.43%,417 times of reinforcing medicines,accounting for 12.11%,and 407 times of medicines for expelling wind and removing cold,accounting for 11.82%.From the analysis of medicine return,the medicines that belong to liver meridian(28.3%)were the most,and medicines that belong to kidney meridian(23.5%)and spleen meridian(16.7%)were next.It was concluded that liver blood deficiency and spleen deficiency were also important syndromes of AS.According to the frequency distribution of addition and subtraction with syndromes,the addition and subtraction of syndrome differentiation of this disease involved another 36 medicines,with a total of 1074 times,among which 11 drugs with no less than 3%of the use frequency were used,and they were caul is spatholobi,radix aconiti carmiehaeli,angelica sinensis,rhizoma zingiberis,semen coicis,rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae,lumbricus,rhizoma curcumae longae,bombyx batryticatus,sinapis semina,rhizoma atractylodis and root of red-rooted salvia.It was preliminarily concluded that,in addition and subtraction,Professor He was willing to adopt therapies of invigorating qi and blood,invigorating spleen to eliminate dampness,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,eliminating phlegm and freeing channels,clearing damp,dredging collaterals,etc.(3)Association Rules:According to the association between medicines and symptoms,Professor He mostly used medicines of invigorating qi and strengthening the spleen,resolving dampness and clearing damp and promoting diuresis with medicines for promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis.From the addition and subtraction of medicine binomial association,it was preliminary concluded that radix aconiti earmichaeli+rhizoma zingiberis,angelica sinensis+caulis spatholobi,rhizoma curcumae longae+bombyx batryticatus,fructus aurantii+mangnolia officinalis were Professor He' s additional and subtractive medicine pairs for clinical symptoms.It was found that the compatibility among angelica sinensis,caulis spatholobi,rhizoma zingiberis,prepared daughter root of common monkshood,rhizoma atractvlodis macrocephalae and semen coicis was stable.The three methods of enriching the blood and invigorating the circulation of blood,warming the interior and dredging collaterals,and clearing damp and dredging collaterals were applied to treat spleen deficiency and dampness.Conclusion(1)attach most importance to discriminate the disease:Based on the application of regional traits of lingnan,the frequency of drug use was researched,it is tentative gained that the core drug of professor he yiting in treating AS isrhizoma cibotiiAntler cream,soil turtle insect,Chinese cymbidium,achyranthes bidentata,fructus psoraleae,broken bone tonic,dipsacus,eucommia ulmoides,wind protection,anemarrhena rhizome,cassia twig,ephedra,qiang live,red peony root,alone live,white peony root,conform to the big hunchback to enhance liver and kidney,strong spine strong du,promoting circulation and removing stasis,dispelling wind and cold basic pathogenesis characteristics and medication features.(2)Combination of syndrome differentiation:Great hunchback is different from traditional arthralgia,the basic syndrome type of this disease is deficiency of kidney.From the discovery of medication regularity,combined with the climate traits of lingnan region,professor he considers that in this area,based on the kidney deficiency and dampness,the hunchback has the syndrome traits of liver blood loss,spleen deficiency and dampness,dampness and evil obstruction,phlegm and blood stasis obstruction,deficiency of qi and blood,cold and evil obstruction and so on,professor he cured by syndrome differentiation with tonifying kidney nourishing the liver,invigorating spleen and dampness,clearing damp dredging collaterals,eliminating phlegm and dredging collaterals,tonifying qi and blood,dispersing cold dredging the stomach,and tonifying qi and blood,according to the nature or traits of evil qi,the methods of dispelling wind,dispersing cold,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,removing
