| Purpose: Through retrospective analysis of the medical records of patients with ank ylosing spondylitis and osteoporosis in the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University o f Traditional Chinese Medicine,to summarize the distribution of syndrome types and drug use rules of AS-OP,in order to provide certain drug use ideas and clinical expe rience for clinical treatment of AS-OP,and further improve clinical efficacy.Material and Methods: The study strictly followed the Natural-Propagation crit eria,and collected the clinical data of AS-OP patients hospitalized in the Rheumatolog y Department and Rheumatology Rehabilitation Department of the Affiliated Hospital o f Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1,2013 to June 30,2022 by retrospective analysis.The WPS office Excel software was used to establ ish the database and complete the frequency statistics.The SPSS Statistics 26.0 and S PSS Modeler 18.0 software were used to perform systematic cluster analysis and corre lation analysis on the drugs.Results:1.A total of 133 patients with AS-OP were included in this study,including 80 males and 53 females.The ratio of males to females was 1.51:1,and the average age was 51.23 ± 12.93 years..2.Distribution of syndrome types(sorted by composition ratio from high to low):Kidn ey Deficiency and Du Cold Syndrome(63.16%),Kidney Deficiency and Stasis Blocka ge Syndrome(17.29%),Kidney Deficiency and Damp Heat Syndrome(11.28%),and Liver and Kidney Deficiency Syndrome(8.27%).3.A total of 135 prescriptions were collected in this study,involving 139 traditional Chinese medicines,with a total of 2096 times of medication frequency and 17 categories of total medication.25 traditional Chinese medicines with drug frequency>25 times are commonly used to treat AS-OP;The main drugs used to treat AS-OP are drugs for tonifying deficiency,drugs for removing wind and dampness,drugs for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and drugs for relieving external symptoms.The most commonly used drugs for tonifying deficiency are drugs for tonifying yang.In terms of drug properties,the most commonly used drugs are warm drugs.From high to low,they are warm,cold,calm,cool and hot.In terms of medicine taste,most of them are bitter,sweet and bitter.In terms of meridian tropism,most drugs enter the liver,spleen and kidney meridians.4.Drugs with a frequency of>25 times are high-frequency drugs for the treatment of this disease.Cluster analysis is carried out on them,and three cluster drug groups are obtained:class 1 Asarum,Gentiana macrophylla,Angelica sinensis,Poria cocos,Codonopsis pilosula and Morus parasiticus;Class 2: Chuanxiong,Wutiao snake,earthworm,Achyranthes bidentata,Eucommia ulmoides,Radix Angelicae,Dipsacus,Fangfeng,Radix Rehmanniae Preparata,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Rhizoma Drynariae,Deer Horn Cream,Clematis,Anemarrhena asphodeloides,Cinnamomum cassia,Aconite,Rhizoma Notopterygii,Rhizoma Dog’s Back;Class 3 licorice.5.Set a support level of>40% and a confidence level of>80%.Conduct association analysis on 25 traditional Chinese medicines with a frequency of>25 times,and a total of 763 association rules were obtained.Among the second-order association rules,the confidence level of Dogji+Weilingxian and Eucommia ulmoides+Weilingxian was the highest(98.305%)and the support level was also the highest(73.704%).Eucommia ulmoides,Achyranthes bidentata,and Angelica sinensis;Duhuo,Fangfeng,Dipsacus,Eucommia ulmoides;The combination of Eucommia ulmoides,Fangfeng,Achyranthes bidentata,and Duhuo is stable in the third and fourth order association rule analysis,and has a wide clinical application.Conclusion:1.The male to female ratio of AS-OP patients is 1.51:1,with middle-aged onset being the main cause.2.AS-OP patients are more common in the type of kidney deficiency and Du cold syndrome.Secondly,there are kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,kidney deficiency and dampness heat syndrome,and liver and kidney deficiency syndrome.3.The core drugs for treating AS-OP are dog spine,Weilingxian,Eucommia ulmoides,Achyranthes bidentata,Duhuo,Fangfeng,and Dipsacus.4.The high-frequency drugs used to treat AS-OP include: Achyranthes bidentata,Eucommia ulmoides,Paeonia lactiflora,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix et Rhizoma Dihuang,Radix et Rhizoma Fangfeng,etc.Common drug categories: tonifying deficiency medicine,dispelling wind and dampness medicine,promoting blood circulation and resolving blood stasis medicine,and relieving external symptoms medicine.Commonly used medicine pairs include:dog spine+Weilingxian,Eucommia ulmoides and Weilingxian. |
