Clnical Observation Of Ultramicro Knife Needle Combined With TDP On Cervical Spondylosis Of Vertebral Artery Type

ObjectiveBy conducting a randomized controlled clinical trial,this paper discusses the clinical effection of-ultramicro knife needle combined with TDP irradiation on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type,and provides more evidence on the such treatment for the disease.Method60 patients,who saw doctors at Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine Fist Hospital and Guangdong Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,were divided into treatment group and control group by the way of random table method.In every course,the treatment group was treated with ultra-micro needle knife,then added TDP irradiation once a week.It was tatally treated 3 courses.The control group was intervened by acupuncture with TDP irradiation at the normal points once every two days.Every course operated 3 times during a week.The scores of cervical vertigo symptom and Function evaluation vScale(ESCV),dizziness handicap inventory(DHI),whether the patients had been treated,and therapy results were statistically treated by SPSS22.0,and then the systematic analysis and evaluation were formed.ResutsThe total basic data included no significant differences in gender,age,course of disease,pre-treatment ESCV and DHI scores,p>0.05,indicating comparability between the treatment group and the control group.In terms of ESCV score,after 3 courses of treatment,the scores of ESCV in both groups were higher than bef'ore,and the difference was meaningful(P(0.01),suggesting that ultramicro knife needle combined with TDP therapy and conventional acupuncture combined with TDP therapy could improve the symptoms of CSA and reduce its effect on life and work.After treatment,the ESCV score and its difference between before and after 3 courses of the treatment group were higher than that of the control group(p<0.01),which showed that the ultramicro knife needle combined with TDP therapy used in the treatment group had better curative effect than the conventional acupuncture combined with TDP therapy used in the control group.Comparison of DHI scores between the two groups of patients.After 3 courses,the DHI scores of the two groups were lower than the initial scores,the difference was meaningful(P<0.01),which showed that two treatments could reduce the degree of damage of CSA to 3 aspects of patients,emotion,function and physical.After treatment,the DHI score was evaluated,the treatment group was lower than the control group,and the difference between before and after 3 courses of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the differences was meaningful(P<0.01),which showed that ultramicro knife needle combined with TDP therapy was more effective than conventional acupuncture combined with TDP therapy to reduce the degree of CSA damage to patients ' emotion,function and physical,the curative effect is better.Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups of patients.In terms of efficiency,the treatment group was 96.67%,which was more significant than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.01),and it was seen that the treatment of ultramicro knife needle combined with TDP was more obvious than that of conventional acupuncture combined with TDP method.Conclusion?ultramicro knife needle combined with TDP therapy and conventional acupuncture combined with TDP therapy for CSA has a definite effect.Both therapies could improve the dizziness and headache and other symptoms,reduce its impact on life and work,and reduce the CSA on the patient' s emotional,functional and physical damage caused.The ESCV scores assessed again in both groups were lower than those of the previous elevated and DHI scores were higher.?After 3 courses of treatment,the ESCV score and DHI score and their differences between two groups of scores and their curative effect were better than those in the control group.the ultramicro knife needle combined with TDP therapy used in the treatment group had better curative effect than the conventional acupuncture combined with TDP therapy used in the control group?Ultramicro knife needle combined with TDP has a clear curative effect.The treartment' s maneuverability is strong becourse each course of treatment only 1 times,and it is worth for popularization and use.
