ObjectiveThrough the clinical effect observation of small "T" shape needle knife release operation combined with stellate ganglion block(SGB)in treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis(CSA)for the clinical treatment of CSA provides a valid and effective method.MethodsAccording to the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria to choose 90 patients with CSA who come from people's hospital affiliated to fujian university of traditional Chinese medicine bone traumatology department from October 2015 to October 2016.All the patients are randomly divided into group A,group B and group C,30 cases in each group. The patients in the group A were treated with small "T" shape needle knife release operation, the group B were treated with SGB,the group C were treated with small "T" shape needle knife release operation combined with SGB.Once a week, three weeks for a period of treatment. The three groups after treatment with the same technique. At the end of treatment, the transcranial Doppler examination was performed on all 3 groups. At last, the changes of Vs,Vd,Vm,RI were compared between the three groups. Before and after 3 weeks and 3 months, the patients' visual analogue scale score, vertebral artery type cervical spondylopathy symptom and function rating scale were recorded, and the curative effect of the three groups was statistically analyzed. There were no significant differences in sex,age and site composition between the three groups before treatment. All data were analyzed by the software of SPSS 18.0.Results1.In the group A,2 cases were cured,4 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective,9 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 70%.In the group B,7 cases were cured,9 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 86.7%.In the group C,11 cases were cured,11 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 70%.The results of three groups were statistically significant, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.017).2.After treatment, there were significant differences(P<0.01)in VAS score, vertebral artery type cervical spondylopathy symptom and function rating scale and TCD index before and after treatment in three groups(P<0.05),Show that three kinds of treatment methods all had remarkable curative effect. After treatment, the difference was significant among the three groups(p<0.05).indicating that the small "T" needle lysis combined with stellate ganglion block can be more effective in relieving the neck and shoulder part of the treatment group pain, symptoms and function of CSA patients, and to improve the average peak velocity of the vertebrobasilar artery, the vascular resistance index, the systolic peak velocity and the diastolic peak velocity.3.Three months after the treatment, the difference was significant among the three groups in the visual analogue scale score and symptom and function rating scale score(P<0.05).In the"vertigo","Psychological and social adaptability" evaluation,in the C group, the difference was statistically significant between 3 months after treatment and after treatment(P<0.05).The results showed that the effect of small "T" shape needle knife release operation combined with stellate ganglion block was better in improving pain,"dizziness","neck and shoulder pain","psychological and social adaptability".Conclusion:Small "T" shape needle knife release operation combined with stellate ganglion block can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, improve the cure rate, reduce the patient's pain and improve the quality of life of patients.
