| ObjectiveBy observing the tutor professor yu-bing Sun experience side and three radix polygoni multif'lori soup to treat colon cancer chemotherapy after surgery after qi and Yin deficiency syndrome in patients with clinical curative effect,compare the experimental group and the control group efficacy indicators and safety indicators,the changes of the objective evaluation of sun-style and three radix polygoni multiflori soup for colon cancer chemotherapy after surgery after the curative effect of qi and Yin deficiency,in order to further improve survival in colon cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy,at the same time for the clinical use of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of colon cancer chemotherapy after surgery after qi and Yin deficiency syndrome symptoms related to provide more adequate theoretical basis.MethodsSeventy patients with postoperative chemotherapy for colon cancer who were in line with the deficiency of qi and Yin were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 35 patients in each group.Patients in the experimental group were given sunshi shenlingshou decoction warm,one dose a day,in two meals between two meals.Patients in the control group were given zhenqi fuzheng capsule orally,2 times a day,6 capsules at a time.Eight weeks was one course of treatment.After one course of treatment,KPS score,quality of life measurement score,TCM symptom score and other aspects of the two groups were compared,and adverse reactions were recorded.After the course of treatment,the therapeutic effects of TCM and proprietary Chinese medicines wore determined by statistical methods.Results1.Treatment efficiency:the total effective rate of the experimental group was 91.4%;The total effective rate in the control group was 73.5%.The chi-square test indicated that there was a statistically significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment between the two groups(P<0.01),and the effect of symptom improvement in the experimental group was more significant than that in the control group.2.In terms of KPS score:both the experimental group and the control group showed higher KPS score after treatment than before,with statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01),and the improvement of KPS score in the experimental group was better than that in the control group.3.In terms of quality of life scores:both the experimental group and the control group could improve the quality of life of patients after postoperative chemotherapy for colon cancer,and there was a significant statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.01),and the improvement of the quality of life score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.4.In terms of comparison of TCM symptom scores:both the experimental group and the control group could improve the clinical symptoms of patients after postoperative chemotherapy for colon cancer after treatment,with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.01),and the improvement effect of symptoms in the experimental group was more significant than that in the control group.5.Safety assessment:the drugs used during the observation period had no adverse effects on blood routine and liver and kidney functions.ConelusionSunshi shenlingshou decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients with postoperative chemotherapy of colon cancer with deficiency of qi and Yin. |
