The Clinical Observation Of Shouwu Decoction For Patients Of Breast Cancer With Alopecia Caused By AC-P Scheme Chemotherapy

Object:The paper discussed the clinical effect and the safety of Shouwu decoction for patients of breast cancer with alopecia caused by AC-P scheme chemotherapy,so as to add ideas and methods for chemotherapy alopecia.Methods:Sixty patients with inclusion criteria and exclusion were divided into treating group and control group.Each group had 30 patients.To the treating group,in the same time of applying AC-P scheme chemotherapy,Shouwu decoction was applied.While to the control group,only AC-P scheme chemotherapy was given.In the cause of chemotherapy for four AC cycles,the alopecia situation and the safety of Shouwu decoction were observed and evaluated,all the data was collected,and which were done by statistics analysis.Results:1.The situation of chemotherapeutic alopecia:all the patients encountered alopecia to some degree in two groups,but there was noⅣdegree alopecia,the cases ofⅠ-Ⅲdegree alopecia were 8,16 and 6 respectively in the treating group,while there were 3,10 and 17 respectively in the control group,there was significant difference in the two group(P＜0.05).2.Safety inspection:①In the aspect of total scores of life quality:there was no significant difference between the treating group and the control group before chemotherapy(P＞0.05).There was significant difference in the post treatment between the treating group and the control group(P＜0.05). The difference of the treating group changed significantly in the post treatment than in the prior treatment(P＜0.05);the difference of the control group changed significantly in the post treatment than in the prior treatment(P＜0.05). ②In the aspect of security:about the situation of bone marrow,there was no significant difference between the treating group and the control group before chemotherapy(P＞0.05), there was significant difference in the post treatment between the treating group and the control group(P＜0.05),the difference of the treating group changed significantly in the post treatment than in the prior treatment(P＜0.05);the difference of the control group changed significantly in the post treatment than in the prior treatment(P＜0.05);but there was no significant difference in digestive system(P＞0.05).In the two group,there was no abnormal information in the electrocardiogram and the kidney.Conclusion:1.In the aspect of the t Shouwu decoction for patients of breast cancer with alopecia caused by AC-P scheme chemotherapy,the treating group was better than the control group, which showed that the Shouwu decoction has distinct feature and obviously ascendancy.2.The reason of Shouwu decoction could protect and therapy patients of breast cancer with alopecia caused by AC-P scheme chemotherapy is that the Shouwu decoction was composed according to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine which was the deficiency of liver and kidney and the regulation of nourishing liver and kidney and replenishing qi and blood.3.The clinical research indicated that the Shouwu decoction has effect on nourishing liver and kidney and replenishing qi and blood,which is safe and reliable,moreover,it could not aggravate adverse reactions,and in certain degree,it improved the quality of life and reduced myelosuppression of patients during the clinical observation.
