Clinical Observation Of Sanshen Shouwu Decoction In The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris With Deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Sanshen Shouwu Decoction in the treatment of qi-yin deficiency syndrome of coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris.Methods:60 patients with qi-yin deficiency syndrome of coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris were randomly divided into a control group(30 cases)and a treatment group(30 cases).The control group was given basic western medicine treatment and lifestyle intervention referring to the2018 edition of "Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Stable Coronary Heart Disease";on the basis of the control group,the treatment group was given Sanshen Shouwu Decoction every day.After 4 weeks of continuous treatment,the TCM syndrome score,angina pectoris symptom score,ECG ST-T change,nitroglycerin cessation and reduction,three routine,liver and kidney function and other safety indicators of the two groups were observed before and after the test.Results:1.In terms of the efficacy of TCM syndromes,the total effective rate of the control group was 66.67% and that of the treatment group was86.67%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.In terms of the efficacy of angina,the total effective rate of the control group was 73.33% and that of the treatment group was90.00%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.In terms of ECG efficacy,the total effective rate of the control group was 53.33% and that of the treatment group was66.67%,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).4.In terms of the stopping rate of nitroglycerin,the control group was 43.33% and the treatment group was 66.67%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Sanshen Shouwu Decoction is far superior to the control group in improving the symptoms of angina pectoris,reducing the TCM syndrome score and reducing the dosage of nitroglycerin in the patients with qi-yin deficiency syndrome of coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris.2.Sanshen Shouwu Decoctionhas good safety in the treatment of qi-yin deficiency syndrome of coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris,without adverse reactions,and can be clinically promoted.
