A Modern Literature Study Of Acupuncture-moxibustion Intervention Based On The Theory Of "preventive Disease Treatment" Of "pre-stroke Disease-three High Diseases"

Objective:Through data mining technology,analyze the law of acupuncture and moxibustion in modern clinical research on hypertension,dyslipidemia,and diabetes,and provide literature basis for clinical and experimental research on acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of "three highs" and prevention of stroke.Methods:Refer to the medical thesaurus(Me SH)related to hypertension,dyslipidemia,diabetes and acupuncture and combine them,and use the computer to search the CNKI,Weipu database,Wanfang database,Sino Med and Pub Med database to build a database.Results:1.Through the analysis of the selected data,it is found that among the various acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions for the treatment of hypertension,the five acupoints Taichong(LR3),Quchi(LI11),Zusanli(ST36),Fengchi(GB20),and Hegu(LI4)have the highest frequency and are the most commonly used for the treatment of hypertension.Foot Yangming Stomach Meridian and Hand Yangming Large Intestine Meridian are the most commonly used meridians for the treatment of hypertension.In the analysis of association rules,the top 15 acupoint pairs are concentrated in the six acupuncture points of Taichong(LR3),Hegu(LI4),Zusanli(ST36),Quchi(LI11),Fengchi(GB20),and Renying(ST9),and the most supported is Hegu(LI4)-Taichong(LR3).Cluster analysis divided the acupoints into 6categories,and the differences among the categories of Taichong(LR3),Hegu(LI4),Zusanli(ST36),Quchi(LI11),and Renying(ST9)were relatively small.2.Through the analysis of the selected data,it is found that among various acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions for dyslipidemia,the seven acupoints,including Zusanli(ST36),Fenglong(ST40),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Zhongwan(CV12),Neiguan(PC6),Pishu(BL20),and Tianshu(ST25),have the highest frequency and are the most commonly used.Foot Yangming Stomach Meridian,Full Sun Bladder Meridian,Ren Meridian,Foot Taiyin Spleen Meridian are the most commonly used meridians for the treatment of dyslipidemia.Association rule analysis shows that the highest correlation among acupoints is Sanyinjiao(SP6)-Zusanli(ST36)and Fenglong(ST40)-Zusanli(ST36).Through cluster analysis,6 cluster groups can be obtained.3.Through the analysis of the selected data,it is found that among various acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions for the treatment of diabetes,the five acupoints,Zusanli(ST36),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Pishu(BL20),Shenshu(BL23),and Weiwanxiashu(EX-B3)are the most frequently used acupoints for the treatment of diabetes..Bladder Meridian and the Footyangming Stomach Meridian are the most commonly used meridians for the treatment of diabetes.In the analysis of association rules,the top 15 acupoint pairs are concentrated in the six acupoints Zusanli(ST36),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Pishu(BL20),Shenshu(BL23),and Weiwanxiashu(EX-B3).Among them,Sanyinjiao(SP6)-Zusanli(ST36)has the highest support.5 clustering analysis can be based,Shenshu(BL23),Pishu(BL20),Weiwanxiashu(EX-B3),Feishu(BL13),Weishu(BL21)is a class of minor differences.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of hypertension pays attention to selecting acupoints along the meridian and compatibility with syndromes.Most methods of selecting acupoints have the characteristics of lowering the Qi of the upper Jiao Zong.2.Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of dyslipidemia focuses on selecting points along the meridian and compatibility with syndromes.The method of selecting points has the characteristics of regulating the qi of the spleen and stomach in the middle Jiao.3.Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of diabetes fully consider the homology of the spleen and kidney,and adjust the vitality of the kidney as the key,and increase and decrease according to the syndrome.4.Based on the "preventive treatment" of traditional Chinese medicine,the most commonly used acupuncture point for acupuncture intervention "pre-stroke diseasethree high syndrome" is Zusanli.Yang Qi normalizes the gasification function of the three energizers.By treating hypertension,dyslipidemia,and diabetes,acupuncture and moxibustion can intervene in the "pre-stroke disease" and prevent stroke.
